My dog loves getting groomed here she always comes back in the best mood! I feel like when I leave her for her grooms that she is in the best hands and they will always do what is right when it come to my dog. They're professional but you can tell they really care and try to connect with their customers showing true pride in their work always! I will definitely be back with my baby.

We had our baby groomed yesterday & couldn't be any happier. They cut him exactly to my husband's request & he looks adorable. Friendly staff, professional, & overall fantastic experience. You can see from the pic he's smiling so even he enjoyed his spa day. Oh & they said he was a really good boy & could come back anytime...he'll definitely be back

omg i dont know where to start, my poor cavapoo romeo was butchered, for starts they called us back to tell us we cant groom him please pick him up, see if the vet can give him a sedative, this is not my baby's first time being groom, so we pick him up not knowing he was already chopped up, took him to the vet and they couldn't believe the groomer sent him out like this, took him back and they butched his face not cutting him appropriate to his breed, he looks horrible, just horrible, then had the nerve to want to charge $85 dollars, which is low because i paid $120 last time he was groomed, but i wish i would of, my heart is so heavy right now......i want to take further action for this animal cruelty...my poor romeo..

I don't know what happened to this place , they used to be the best , but it really went downhill lately .. last two appointments they called me like 12 hours before my appointment to "reschedule" to another further unrealistic day. Their excuses are not really something to believe or understand, and when you bring the argument that they need to fit me into a closer appointment they fail to do so. Aside from that , their grooming quality also went down, they barely did any grooming and they messed up my puppies eyebrows two visits ago , and I when I told them about fixing it next visit they didn't do anything , yet I ended up paying 60$ for a cut I could've done at home... really disappointing.

Spent about 3 weeks attempting to contact and get an appointment. They don't answer by phone and we even left a voicemail but nothing back still. I get covid times and all but its no excuse for completely ignoring customers.

I want to start with the positives. First of all, Jennifer is a very nice lady. When I went to pick up my dog, my dog was very calm unlike when she has come back from PetsMart where she was terrified. Jennifer even gave me a discount for my dog's good behavior. Unfortunately, She was not able to cut my dog's hair the way I had asked. I showed her a picture of how my dog gets her haircut in the summer (from my previous groomer who retired not PetSmart) and she kept saying she couldn't do it. Jennifer's friendliness was a 5 out of 5 but the haircut for me personally is a 3 out of 5.

It is extremely difficult to find groomers that will bathe cats, but Old Bridge Grooming came through in a pinch and let me run in with both my cats last minute when they had a cancellation and some time popped up. We were only able to squeeze in a much needed brush down for the cats after winter, and they were shedding their undercoat. The staff is really friendly and obviously love animals cuz you can see it in the way they handle every single pet that comes through. Only complaint would be that they have very limited openings for cats to come in.

We absolutely love the staff at Old Bridge Grooming Shop! Kaelyn has been taking care of our beagle and corgi senior dogs for two years now and is so kind and sweet with them. She is always happy to see them and truly pays attention to detail when grooming them. We recommend them to our friends and family every time!
