Milan Laser Hair Removal

I put off lazer hair removal for a long time, but after my consultation and first treatment, I wish I had done it sooner. The laid back and friendly environment feels very welcoming and the employees extended that by their willingness to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I was encouraged to ask as many questions as I liked to ensure I felt this was the right fit for me, and it is! I highly recommend Milan to anyone to is thinking about lazer hair removal.

If you plan on getting permanent scars, Milan is the way to go. I've been dealing with the 'management team' since November with still no resolution. Save your money, save your body & save yourself from the pain and humiliation I've gone through because of their "services".
Words will never be able to describe how much I regret stepping foot in those doors.

Imade.my appointment via phone, I spoke to somebody in Spanish, they never told me I had to bring a translator to the first appointment. When I got there they told me that I needed a translator, I called my friend so she could help me with the translation and she said she could be there in 5 minutes. They say no because they didn't have time to wait, she spoke to them over the phone asked to do it over the phone, they said no, she asked to wait for her 5 minutes, the manager said no. I was never toldabout brining a translator when I made the appointment but they said yes that they did. If that would have been the case would asked and bring a translator with me to be seen. I end up losing the appointment. I rescheduled (but was not planning on coming again to them) and on the fay before the appointment thet send me the text saying to bring a translator or translate over the phone (which the manager said that was not possible le, that the translator had to be there I person not over the phone). The ma ager was rude and could tell they didn't wanted to take me. I do believe they were discriminating against.
Horrible customer service and racist people. I do not recommend it

Great value and fantastic staff. I was walked through the consultation and given a detailed view of the procedures. They offer financing so I was able to break down the cost for service over 2 years (without interest!)

My only regret is not coming in sooner!

This is my first time receiving any treatment of this kind. The Milan experience is outstanding. From the customer service before your first visit, to day one of your treatment. The employees are very knowledgeable & willing to help you with any problems that may arise from treatment. Even with the pandemic going on, the employees take every precaution to ensure everyone's safe during their visit. I highly recommend Milan for any hair removal treatment.
