Always love the Save Marts in small towns. This one in Tehachapi was awesome. Great prices, friendly staff and great selection of all my favorite foods. Ambiance delightful. Smiles galore!

Today I wanted to buy dinner and order 2 dozen wings to only get home to find out that they're all dried out.. I paid $18,33. For dry chicken wings. I just don't understand why they sold them to me when they were like that.
I live a 1/2 hour from there so it was hard for me to go back. Not cool..

Chris in deli, you rock!! Awesome customer service. Always like when he is working front end. I sometimes crave the chicken tenders. He makes sure they are nice and fresh for me. We appreciate you and your wonderful smile.

I give up on calling this store for anything. I doesn't seem to matter which one. They do not answer the phone. I am not driving a half hour to see if they have something in stock. It rings and rings then you get transferred to customer service who transfers you back to the department where it rings and rings. Friggin useless. I can save a lot of money by going to a big box store in town for that type of customer service

Bakery I guess the customer request doesn't matter it's all just done at their (her) convenience. Asked for some of their corn bread was told it was in the freezer way in the back
and she'd get it out tomorrow if you got it go get it I don't need it tomorrow otherwise I'd ask for it tomorrow won't be faithful customer to this Savemart any longer.

White woman was so rude to me... I don't know her name but seriously why she give me attitude. All I needed was singles in 100 yes I understand you're not a bank there's no banks around here I just need as many to go see my dad in prison. She gives me attitude right away "we're not a bank" like you think I don't know that. All I'm asking is for a favor you don't need to be rude. I've never been in that store and now I won't be going back.

Great prices / good deals on some food.

Disorganized store with some items in places that do not correspond with other nearby items, especially snacks and gummies not that anyone should be wasting money on empty calories and disease causing foods.

And the self checkout register did not let me scan and place items on the shelf they're supposed to be placed on, forcing me to lift them up and replace them 10 times. The register then forced an employee to input a login code to move forward for no reason.

I can't give the meat department staff enough kudos for their incredible attention to customer needs. If a roast is on sale and none are out for you to choose one. The staff will promptly address and bring you a few roasts so you can choose. They'll even cut them into thick steaks if that's what you'd like. All an all a great experience from meat counter to the array of fine wines at great prices. Almost forgot the deli and bakery killer fried chicken and wonderful tasty cakes!

Will never shop here again. Cashier racial profile me when the self-check out machine requested assistance to finished my transaction. The douche at check out call security to watch me walk out the door after paying.
