They took forever to cut a piece of wood in half
Left my pregnant self waiting for a hour just to cut it! :(

This Home Depot is the worst. From management specially. I found items at a price and them manager decideds to say "ohh, someone made a mistake or moveit" when the price is attached to the item and you can't move.. also rude when talking to you.
On the curbside pickup, so far I arrived at 4:50pm by 5:15 I call the store and no answer. Then it's 5:30 and still waiting
Can't get down due to personal reasons (that's why you select curbside pick up !! And they can't do that.

I would really like to put one star due to the fact I was told that employees would see someone to the windows aisle and no one came for 30 minutes. Within those 30 mins I've asked 4 different employees and still no help so I had to pull the windows down from the top shelf by myself. Either get your customer service together or you won't receive customers!

This location is horrible for in store pick ups, doesn't matter if you get an email confirming the order is ready, you show up and have to wait in the line, 5-15 minutes, and the. Once you get to counter you have to ask them about your order and then they have to call someone to go pick out all the stuff, I literally could've went and got all the stuff myself, point in ordering ahead so it's ready for pick up, this has happened every time I get a pick up order. This is horrible, no point in ordering online might as well go in and get your stuff yourself.

Big fan of this Home Depot. If anything goes awry just ask a manager and they will get you taken care of!

The customer service is awful here, I was told to leave for an hour or 2 after I had picked up all of my wood. The lines were long and staff was very rude. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOME DEPOT without at least 3-5 hours to waste with your life!

There are very few times that I leave a company a bad review even if I receive bad service. This is because a bad transaction can happen at a good store sometimes,
...but today I called to place an order for hardwood flooring and installation. After having been transferred between departments six times and holding 15 minutes and being hung up on,
...then calling back to be be hung up on twice more,
...then calling back to be put on hold 10 more minutes before being transferred again, then hung up on....

The customer service does not care about service. No one goes above and beyond. When they see you they hide. I really needed help yesterday and they were very rude and the store had two minutes before they closed. As I turned away because I wasn't allowed in, one of them made a smart alec comment. When I needed help they turned me away. It only takes one time to mess up. I d rather go somewhere else than be treated like that.

Bought a brand new lawn mower with the extended 2 year warranty. Had the mower for about 9 months and it wouldn't crank. So I brought the mower back to exchange it. The lady at the customer service department made every excuse in the book to not exchange the mower. Needless to say I'll take my broke mower and money elsewhere from here on out. Btw I've been a member at home depot for 5 years now.

Do not for ANY reason order cabinets from home depot! Worst experience ever! This is a HORRIBLE business who cares nothing for their customers. I ordered cabinets with a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks. Expecting them to be ready for pickup on April 29th i was worried when i recieved NO INFORMATION on pickup times. After calling the store and then having to call the vendor myself i find out they will not even be shipped for another MONTH but i was never notified by ANYONE that these cabinets were delayed. Home depot took ZERO responsibility and blamed the vendor for not contacting me when the vendor does not have my personal information and i did not order these cabinets from the vendor i ordered them through home depot. It is 100% home depots responsibility to alert their customers about their orders which they failed to do. Home depot is an absolute joke and i will NEVER do business with them again. BEWARE, and spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!
