Mike's Bremen Service

I always heard good things when we lived
In Orland Park and when our regular guy retired we called Mike's and although they did not have anyone to service our new area currently, they recommended a reliable competitor. What a nice way to do business!

Zero stars -- save your time and money and go elsewhere. tl;dr: 3 visits from a technician that didn't fix the problem and 3 unhonored promises that management would call to resolve the problem.

Mike's Bremen is now part of Comfortmate and Comfortmate *will not* and *does not* stand behind their services. I had a malfunctioning refrigerator door and called for repairs. The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board and ordered a replacement. The replacement was installed but the next day the problem recurred. I called and the technician diagnosed a separate circuit board was ordered and replaced. The problem was resolved for about a week and then recurred. When I called to report the problem was still occurring, I was told that the technician was no longer with the company and they couldn't help, despite written paperwork guaranteeing the work. I asked to speak to management and was told they would call back. Two days later I called again because management had not called back. I was told they would call. One week later, same. I was *promised* that management would call back. It has now been one month and I have not received any return phone calls. There may be worse ways to run a business but this is in the top 5.

Our dryer needed service. I called on Friday and they were able to come Monday morning. They were able to fix my dryer, they cleaned our vent and gave us many good tips. I highly recommend them.

Fast and efficient. Needed a repair for my washing machine. Told me it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Appreciate the honesty. We will call them again in the future

I have been using Mike's Bremen for many years. They are my go to company for air conditioning, furnace and appliance repair or maintenance. They are prompt and honest and always do a great job!

I have used Mikes Bremen for YEARS. They are absolutely the most honest repair people you will ever use. They will not try to sell you repairs for appliances that are done - and when they do repair your appliances they do it in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. They also give you very important tips in caring for your appliances so you get more out of them. I honestly cannot recommend any company more than Mikes Bremen.

I have been using Mike Bremen Service for a couple years now, and I have found them to be VERY professional, fast, and have quality work.

The first time I used the services our AC unit went out and within a few days we had a brand new unit for a good price and we became fans of their company.

I then used them to pick up items such as an ignition to fix my furnace my self which they sold me instead of requiring they fix it.

Then our AC went out again that was under warranty and they came out the next day during a BUSY season which is appreciated. They replaced the coil which was the issue.

Last, we had a dispute with a charge that occurred during a recent visit and being professional they took to the old saying "The customer is always right" and they fixed the issue we had in price.

I can honestly say they will be my family and friends go to!

Mike's did a great job. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner quickly. Mike explained the whole process and did not try to upsell me. Quick, easy to work with, inexpensive, and they did a wonderful job with no problems. I would 100% use them again.

I have used Mike's Bremen Services for all my appliance needs from installing a new furnace to servicing my AC, and repairing a refrigerator. I use them because they are honest and fair! I TRUST them and that is HUGE! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your appliance needs.
