Michaels

Excellent craft store. They always have great sales and coupons and staff is friendly. The framing department is top notch and did great work.

Stephanie, the manager in the framing department, helped my mother and I handle a bit of a framing disaster that was the result of a previous employee's lack of care. Stephanie was very professional and kind in remedying the situation and improving the work. We're extremely pleased with the results. Josh in the framing department was also very helpful. We appreciate what they did for us!

This Michaels is located in the shopping center along with other stores. I have only gone into this Michaels about three times but each time, I've had an enjoyable experience. The customer service is great here-friendly employees, helpful, and cheerful. The store is also kept clean and well-organized. Only con is that because the store changes its' layout a lot, sometimes it's hard to find certain items because they can be in several different locations and/or the employee has a hard time finding the item also because of the layout change.

Otherwise, it's one of the better Michaels stores that I've been to

This store is okay--it's the only craft store on this side of town. They have a coupon in each Sunday's paper for 40% one item. Their prices tend to be a bit high (compared to other stores and the internet), but if you use this coupon most things are a deal.

Clean store, friendly staff. Custom Framing clerks are knowledgeable and work is high quality. Sales and coupons are fantastic!
