Everyone at Menath has been wonderful for 15 years... business and vehicles all covered. There is an actual person who can help.. through accidents and just everyday needs, Menath is there for you.

I will give this one star because the office is great and everyone is friendly until you have a claim. We have been waiting for 6 weeks after an accident and no one in this office will even return our calls. Nothing! Run, so not walk away from this insurance company.
Week 7 and still driving a wrecked truck and no help whatsoever from Menath Insurance. Silence and crickets...

Very nice folks here. I've had them cover different aspects of my car / health / business insurance off and on for more than a dozen years. Once I even won a Kindle when I answered a simple survey (to be fair, I think only 12 people did the survey, so my chances were pretty good). They don't harass you to add on what you don't need or want and periodically, upon request, will review your coverage to make sure it's adequate.

Very impressed with this agency. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful. They even advised that I wait until my situation was clearer, rather than jump right on and purchase a policy. They truly seemed to have my best interests at heart in finding a policy that would work for me.

This company is very easy to work with. Works to provide the best insurance for the lowest cost.

I have dealt with Menath insurance for several properties, and it seems they are always ready to go to bat for me. When cancelled by my insurance company of 40 years (with zero claims) on two properties, Menath Insurance (Lori Tavernier in particular) has found alternative insurance and never have had to pay for a big increase. The big test is coming this month. My insurance has requested an impossible (for winter)amount of tree work. Will she get an extension until summer when the work can be done? Will she find a new company? We will know soon

Excellent experience working with Menath Insurance in Incline Village the past year. They are very easy to work with & always responded quickly with any questions I had about coverage. Very, very happy thus far!
