      City of Medford, you have a great automotive shop in town with Medford Automotive Service Center. Josiah, his staff, and his family were all wonderful people who go above and beyond what they need to do to get your car back on the road again. In my case, it was my band's tour bus, it was a Friday evening, our radiator busted, and we had a show to get to the next day. Not only did Josiah stay late to get the bus ready, he came in on Saturday morning (when they are normally closed) to install the new radiator for us. Not only that, he picked us up from our hotel and gave us a great deal.

      Thank you, Josiah, for getting us back on the road so quickly, and blessing us with your great and courteous service.

      I've used Medford Automotive Center twice now for services and I know I'll keep going back because they are good, honest people.

      The first time, I just needed an oil change. During the oil change I needed them to look at my brakes, but they did a pretty thorough inspection of my car and sent me a report with photos for me to see the "health" of my car. It was really convenient to have and to see what needed to be done. The downfall to this particular experience was that they quoted me $300 more for brake replacement than Les Schwab (maybe justified by this being a family owned company and different labor costs).

      The second visit, I had them do an inspection of my new-to-me used vehicle, to see if I'd need any maintenance in the near future. They had quoted me about $70 which I was more than happy to pay because I don't know enough about cars to inspect the car myself. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told my car was in perfect condition and that they weren't going to charge me because they didn't feel right charging me when the car was in such good shape. That was so heart-warming to me. Truly service you can't get elsewhere. (I did tip to cover labor costs and show my appreciation)

      Hi I'm Mary. I have a 2005 Honda Civic hybrid and it started losing mileage. It went from averaging 40 miles @gal to 34. This service center
      has charging equipment that brought it back. The first year cost $ 750 for the harness and charging my electric battery and my mileage went up to 36-38. The second year after the battery was recharged again it went up to 38-40. That cost $200. Well worth it. I feel like I'm helping the environment as well as my pocketbook. Mary in Talent.

      I recently moved to the area and I had MASC perform major repairs on my Dodge Caravan, including replacing most of the air conditioning system and also the alternator. They diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately, and the estimates for the work were reasonable.
      I am totally pleased with the repairs. MASC has high standards and they work hard to get the repairs done quickly. The office communicates well with the customer.
      I give MASC my full compliments. I think you will be please with their honesty and their desire to have your vehicle back on the road promptly.

      My band was only one day into a national tour and we noticed an awful radiator leak during a gas stop in Medford. It was 5pm on a Friday and as we began to call all of the local radiator shops and auto repair shops, we quickly realized that there was a very real possibility that we would be stranded in Medford until after weekend - missing our upcoming shows in Berkeley, San Diego, LA, and possibly Phoenix.

      Upon calling Medford Automotive Service Center, the friendly gentleman who answered the phone began researching radiators for us, but told us that their shop was about to close and wouldn't be open again until Monday. Josiah, the owner, overheard the phone conversation and reassuringly told us to go ahead and come over to the shop.

      They ordered three radiators for us, just to make sure that we got one as early as possible. Josiah and his wife drove our entire band and crew to a hotel, then Josiah stayed late to remove our old radiator that night. The next morning (keep in mind that they are not normally open on the weekend) he quickly installed the first radiator that arrived, came and picked us up from our hotel, charged us a ridiculously low rate on his labor and even refused a tip that we offered him.

      This is the definition of over-and-above-and-beyond-that service. If lived in Medford, I would only bring my vehicles to this amazing shop. Josiah and Medford Automotive Service Center saved our tour!

      Always pleased with their understanding of the problem, and how promptly the get me in. The bills are itemized, easy to understand and no surprises. It costs me what they quoted.

      Most recently, I took my vehicle in thinking I needed brakes. I was very pleased to hear they did not think so, saving me hundreds of dollars.

      My wife and mother-in-law take their cars there as well.

      During a trip to Oregon for a family wedding and vacation, my Suburban's "Service Engine Soon" light activated and the engine began performing poorly. We barely made it over the Siskiyou mountain range to our hotel. Since we had come from California, I knew nothing of the automotive repair shops in the area. I used Yelp to search for a reliable shop. I found Medford Automotive Service Center with glowing 5-star reviews. I called and spoke to Stephanie (the Service Advisor). I explained my dilemma to her and she didn't hesitate to say she would work me into her already busy schedule.

      When I got to the shop, I could see that they were very busy. I also saw that the shop was clean and well organized. In speaking with Stephanie, I found her to be extremely pleasant and accommodating. She said she would have a Technician run a full diagnostic on my Suburban as soon as possible. Due to their busy schedule and the time it would take to do the diagnostic on my vehicle, Stephanie told me my vehicle would probably be there all day and since it was a Friday, it would most likely be there through Monday or Tuesday. Not having access to another vehicle, Stephanie had one of her Technicians give me a ride back to my hotel. During the ride, I had a brief conversation with the Technician, Francisco. He too was very pleasant and accommodating. He spoke highly of Medford Automotive Service Center and said he enjoyed working there because the owner and staff take very good care of their employees and their customers.

      Francisco ended up being the Technician who worked on my vehicle. He road-tested my Suburban and hooked it up to their diagnostic computer. In addition to the problems he found during the road test, the computer reported multiple discrepancy codes. Francisco spent the majority of that Friday researching the codes to determine exactly what needed to be done to correct the problems.

      After Francisco had completed his research, he gave a detailed report to Stephanie who in turn called me and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. She pointed out the repairs that needed to be corrected immediately and the repairs that could wait until I got back home. She provided detailed estimates and left it up to me to decide which repairs I want completed at that time. With no pressure from Stephanie, I decide to have them correct all of the problems they had found. They did fantastic work and even stayed after hours to work on my vehicle to get it back to me as quickly as possible.

      In my many years of dealing with automotive repair shops, this was by far the best experience ever - from start to finish. Their prices were fair and their customer service was exceptional. They were extremely attentive to my needs and their finished product was top notch. I would highly recommend Medford Automotive Service Center to my friends and family.

      Rarely does an automotive business impress me this much. With so much "grey area" pricing, up-sale, and disingenuous service out there, finding an honest and speedy mechanic is rare and should be heralded when found. While on a long trip to Portland my water pump went out near Rouge River. I had my car towed to their shop near closing time on Friday, Easter weekend! Knowing that this breakdown was a "trip ending" issue, Josiah had the part delivered and stayed late into the night fixing our car and had us back on the road by 9pm. He even let us borrow the "shop car" so I could take the family out to dinner while the repair was completed. Despite every reason to not make our emergency his, the compassion he showed was exemplary. I would not hesitate trusting this auto shop with all of your automotive repair needs.
