The ambiance was okay. Nothing exciting. The service was good. They forgot my carrot cake however the manager brought it to me. The food was good. However my sandwich lacked flavor. The spicy southwest chicken had no flavor. It tasted like a chicken sandwich. I couldn't taste the chipotle ranch, or relish. Very lack luster. The chicken tortilla soup was pretty good.

Great food, picked up an order to go via DoorDash. Even though I was 20 minutes late, food was still relatively warm and extra delicious. Needless to say my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I still have the King Club sandwich in the fridge because the chipotle chicken spud was humongous.

I was looking forward to eating at McAlister's since I don't have one near me. I ordered a 12" French Dip with a side of fruit. Not sure why, but it seemed to take a very long time to receive my simple order.
I was incredibly disappointed taking my first bite of a shoe leather sandwich. The thinly shaved meat was extremely dry. I guess they left on grill and forgot about. The sad part is the cheese wasn't even mealted. The beef broth was so watery that it just tasted like plain salt water. The fruit cup was horribly unripe, except for the grapes that were too ripe. Sandwich was so bad that I brought it home for my dogs.
I will give them 1 star for the sweet tea. Only good thing I had. I wish you could upload videos to this app. If I could have uploaded a video here, you would see a video of two hungry dogs turning their nose up and walking away from their food bowls. Dogs wouldn't eat it this shoe leather.

Good sandwiches a little pricey. I forgot what I ordered but it was tasty. I also tried their famous sweet tea, it was ok.

Sweet Tea?! This has to be a joke! They brag about their sweet tea with pictures on the wall and the keyword to text about employment opportunities is "sweettea", but their sweet tea is disgusting, disappointing, and not sweet at all.
They have a decent menu of sandwiches and salads. I got a club sandwich that must have been premade because it came out almost immediately. The cashier told me it was a hot sandwich but it wasn't so there's that disappointment. They have a nice kid's menu for $0.99 items including Uncrustables. Apr 6, 2013Previous reviewThis has to be the most inefficient operation I've ever seen! I have been to a McAlister's before in another state a few years ago and I don't remember it being as inefficient as this one. I will say that my salad was decent, but the way they operate makes me scratch my head. First, when you walk in, there are 4 registers and 4 different lines, it's not first come first serve. You can pick the shortest line but that doesn't mean you're going to order any sooner than someone who just walked in and jumped in the line that just opened. Why not just have one line and when the cashier is available the next person in line gets to order?
Second, they fill your drinks for you at the register, but don't put a lid on the drinks. You have to walk a few feet away to a small table to get a straw and lid.
Third, if you're dining in, they give you a number, like a lot of places, but that doesn't mean you get to just go sit down, you actually have to wait in another line for someone to take you to an open table. I don't know if they're trying to be a high class deli or what, but their system doesn't make sense. It's nice that they're trying to employ people, but I didn't see the point in the hostesses in a casual take-out restaurant.

Really disappointing experience. I ordered Uber Eats and 1. The baked potato was burnt. I think they use the same, awful process to prepare their baked potatoes. Baked potatoes shouldn't be charred. I like the skin, and when it tastes like ashes, it's very unpleasant. The atmosphere at McAlister's is fine, might be cool if there were tech stations, but not bad and was clean enough.
The service wasn't great. Two of the items I ordered were missing from the order, and when you have food delivered, it's not like you can just walk up to the counter and tell someone about it.
On the positive side, I loved their club and king club sammies and their chicken tortilla soup was very tasty and was packaged so the soup was still hot when it was delivered.

McAllister's is one of my favorites but not this location. I did a online order and went and checked in and they told me to stand to the side in my name will be called multiple people got their orders that came in after me and I was just sitting there looking lost, so after 30 minutes I went up to check for my pick up order and come to find out it was the order that had been sitting there for 15+ minutes nobody called my name and they did not seem sincere whenever I voiced that I was upset that my name was not called and I was sitting right in front of the counterthis isn't the first time that they do stuff like this and today was my last day going to this location

Omg I tried the Mcalister Club Sandwich. This Sandwich was so Fresh and Packed With fresh Vegetables and they don't spare on the meat. You get a choice of sides . I always chose chips. I went there with a friend. She had the Mcalister Club wrap it looked plentiful as well. We got drinks I had blackberry lemonade. She had peach lemonade. Everything was delicious. Service was great. Place busy. Dine in and take out. You have to try this place out .

Nov 18, 2021Previous reviewI was really hungry yesterday after spending 2hrs at the drs office. So I wanted something simple tried this place. Got roast beef sandwich with the chips and cookies. It was really good. I will try it again. Service was good staff pleasant.

Look, I've tried, but there is zero value in this place. There used to be. The food is still good but the portion size is so small it's totally lost it's worth. Tax and all my meal was just over $10. I know prices have went up everywhere but dang, put something on the plate. Clean friendly and fast. Offered to remake my plate but why? I got what I ordered. Urghhh. Told manager I wouldn't be back.
