Where do I begin except to say this review is LONG overdue!

Between either my husband or I, we have bought and/or sold a total of 6 houses! Wow! Every sale has been an exceptionally seamless process. Lyon knows Austin as though he's lived here his entire life. He is a savvy real estate agent who knows some incredible tips and tricks when negotiating contracts. He's a consummate experienced professional who is one of the most fun individuals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When you have to spend hours with someone looking at houses it can be a frustrating and long process, but Lyon often had me in stitches! Lyon is personable and just a great all around guy who I would definitely recommend whether you're buying or selling. Kudos to you Lyon! You rock!

Lyon and his team are great! Austin real estate market is fast moving and highly competitive. It can be very stressful. I trust him with selling and buying homes for me in Austin for over 12 years now. He spends a lot of time showing houses, discussing the process, reviewing contracts, and even offering contact information for repair people. The entire process is professional, timely, confident and dare I say fun!

Cristina was highly recommended by a co-worker and lived up to it very quickly. She was very responsive from the start and helpful all along the journey of finding our house. We asked her to be more vocal about her opinion of houses and give critiques when possible. She would give very good feedback before we could waste any time on properties that may not have good resale value or have issues that we could not foresee. Cristina would make herself available at times we didn't expect and get back right away when we had serious concerns or had sudden decision changes. She would also try to squeeze in as many appointments as we could handle in one day, to get more out of the house hunt, rather than dragging it out over several days or weekends.

Overall Cristina Valdez is dependable, very pleasant to work with, and gives each client the right amount of attention. She is definitely in the game for long term relationships with her clients.

This review is for Jeri Spence. I hired Jeri to rent my house and then serve as my property manager. She was completely fantastic - available by phone and email, quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns, and very organized. She rented my house quickly and then was responsive both to my tenants and to me. I can't recommend her highly enough if you are looking to either lease your home or employ a property manager for your leased property.
