I went to Loose Nut Garage on a recommendation from a coworker-So glad I did!

Linda was able to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule. Keith looked over my car to ensure it was ready for a drive to FL. He didn't try to up charge me but instead gave his expert opinion on items that would need work in the future (brakes and tires). Price and customer service are excellent!

If I could give zero stars I would, they never answer they never keep their appointments. And then when they do they don't have the correct stuff in stock. Even though they know someone's coming in for brakes they don't stock anything. They just look at it and say well you could go another two months.
I feel they OVER BOOK!!!!! They never hold apt. I would say go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. U book online no one confirmes then u take time off and are sitting there like a fool!!! At Cummings Center which is absolutely nowhere near where your car is going to even be looked at if they get to it.

I dropped my car off to get the blinker housing replaced (I provided the part) and they did a great job for a fair price. Easy and straight forward, they were ready to get my keys when I dropped them off before work. Thanks for the good service!

Easy on-line appointment made just a day in advance. Keith was waiting for me when I arrived on time. Had a noise coming from under the vehicle when turning in both directions. He immediately identified the issue and fixed it on the spot. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Great service, great price, great outcome.

He also gave me advice on an issue that will need attention in the near future; I appreciated that since it is our family vehicle.

Give him a try for your auto mechanical needs. Definitely an experienced and knowledgeable guy!

Fast, friendly and excellent service. Love the honesty which is extremely hard to find these days. The guys that work there are top notch and you can't go wrong with Keith or Lovell. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could!

This place is awesome! I work in the Cummings center and the first time i went to them I had an oil change... while I worked.....Not having to sit at a garage on a busy Saturday was heaven! Today I went in there around 10 this morning....I told them my inspection sticker was expired. Gave them the keys at noon and I had the car back by 230 ...again, while I worked. Very professional, organized and good prices. couldn't ask for better service!

BEST DETAILING SERVICE EVER. The quality and thoroughness of their detailing service was perfect. We'll be back. Hadn't planned on getting our other car detailed but this changed my mind.
