Loida’s House Cleaning Service

We've found Loida's after trying a couple other cleaning services since we moved to our current place + a few others for our previous home in the area - I can safely say that Loida's one of the best in the peninsula!

Loida was responsive, clear in her communication and flexible as we coordinate our appointment. And on the day of the appointment - Loida and her partner Shirley did an amazing job understanding our needs, had great judgment calls throughout the service (which was huge as we didn't need to take time off the work day / meetings just to answer questions and resolve issues), and were professional and prompt overall. The result was one of the best cleaning jobs we've had at a very reasonable price, and oh did I mention it was done in half the time as our previous services?

I called Loida two days before needing "move in" cleaning, described my specific cleaning needs, when I'd like it to be done, and she gave me a reasonable quote (based on other quotes/estimates).

The day before cleaning I texted her more info about the place and what else I needed cleaned, and she accommodated my time after my work to get a quick look and confirm the cost for a 2-2.5 hour cleaning of my 2 bed/1 ba place.

On the day of cleaning, Loida and Shirley (?) came on time. I confirmed the specific areas that needed to be thoroughly cleaned with Loida (bathroom shower stall and air vent, out/inside stovetop oven, refrigerator, washer, and dryer) along with wiping/dusting all outside surfaces and walls, inside of all drawers/cabinets, interior windows, vacuum and mop.

I was there for the two hours since I needed to clear out a furniture and small items that were left from the previous tenant. They were flexible and worked around me as I emptied the rooms.

They did a good job making my new place look, smell, feel cleaner and more comfortable to move in. I chose Loida among others because she's local to my new place, responsive, and addressed my specific cleaning needs at a reasonable cost.

There were just a few cobwebs on the ceiling and dust at a small area of the floor that I noticed after they left, but not a problem considering their thoroughness with cleaning the areas described above.

I hired Loida again for "move out" cleaning from my old place. Loida and Shirley did a comparable job with the 2 bed/2 ba condo that was even messier/dirtier than my new place.

Both Loida and her partner do a thorough job with cleaning. They are very pleasant, efficient and quick. They are also flexible which is a big differentiator from their competitors. I highly recommend them and look forward to their next time in cleaning my place.

I've used Loida's house cleaning for a few years now and before that I've used other cleaning companies that were always substandard. I have to say that I'm very satisfied with the cleaning. My house is usually a mess as I have a baby but when they come and do their magic, it transforms into a staging home. The standard of service they offer is a steal for what they charge and so I would recommend trying them.
