Light of Mine

Dena is absolutely an angel! I would visit her office everyday if I could. My first visit it felt like I had known her for a very long time. Dena's energy is outstanding, but even better is the energy she helps move and work for her patients. The office location is a bit far from me, but very worth the drive. I was extremely comfortable in her office and everything was clean and immaculate. I will definitely be starting back up with her this summer and will be looking forward to it as a monthly appointment. If there are issues that may be tough to deal with in your life she is there to guide you in a very comfortable way. It's almost as if her energy that she utilizes pulls the harsh and difficult emotions right out of you. I noticed after I left that things I had been struggling with were a lot easier to handle. So, if you're thinking about a different therapy modality, definitely make an appointment. I am glad I did! Dena also offers some pretty great retreats and classes that she does in conjunction with other incredible practitioners. So, overall five plus !!!

Dena is an amazing healer and spirit enabler. Her leadership has had a huge impact on my life. I have taken her Infinite Possibilities course twice and had a private energy session with her as well. This woman is a gift.

During the infinite possibilities class I was having such huge energy shifts that I actually changed jobs (I had no idea I was stuck in my job and ways until I learned about controlling my own future with the power of thought). Even just being open to these teachings shifted things in me. Each day is different, but in the end you just have to remember being positive is a choice. It is that simple.

I reached out to Light of Mine to get help with a friend's 90 year old business and building. For years there have been a few "presences" making themselves evident, and we decided it was time to help them move along. I cannot gush enough about Dena! She showed up at the scheduled time and it felt like connecting with an old friend! She an her helpers did help a few stuck spirits cross over. The difference was night & day and the energy in the building has shifted and done an about face in the direction of the positive & loving.

One session with Dena is like an entire year of traditional therapy. Within seconds of our session starting, I immediately feel my anxiety and worries slip away. I leave feeling as if I could conquer the world. She has a gift that can not be put into words which is why I'm selfishly hesitant to write a review as she already books out far in advance.

Oh and the light therapy thing...like a magical unicorn...can't begin to understand how it works but is amazing! I absolutely love her and couldn't imagine where I would be without her!

As soon as you step into the room you can feel Dena's amazing and calming energy. She makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Going to Dena is letting go of everyday worry and years of harbored pain. It's like 3 counseling sessions in one. Definitely felt lighter as soon as I stepped out of the building. I'd recommend meeting Dena and exploring the healing possibilities for yourself!

The first thing I noticed about Dena is a very calm strength, which she indeed brought to our session. I was surprised how quickly we got to some deep issues during our session and I'm grateful I had Dena to "hold my hand" while navigating through them. The whole time I felt like she was keeping me grounded and her calm strength was just what I needed to transform the issues that came up.

Dena is the real deal- I absolutely loved her personality and her energy. I've seen other psychics and reiki practitioners with five-star reviews that don't have the natural, raw intuitive talent that Dena has. If she doesn't see a specific answer to a question she'll be honest about it. She doesn't b.s. you, like some others have tried, and I respect and appreciate that so much.

Try to be as open as you can to the experience- be willing to check your inhibitions at the door and you will get the most out of your session. I started crying almost immediately when the session started. Repeat the affirmations she gives you with strength in your voice. She'll ask you questions- some might bring up hurtful memories but that's the entire point- to release all of those negative energies that hold you down everyday either consciously or subconsciously.

You'll notice a serious change in your spirit when you leave. I gained a lot from our session and plan to return for more. I'm so grateful to have found her.

I can be a tough customer. My BS detector is very, very sensitive and if I sense any type of generic, phoning-it-in style of therapy, I have a hard time giving the whole session a chance. I can also be skeptical of techniques I've never tried before, like EFT.
Dena has blown me away the two times I have seen her. Both times, I called her on short notice and she made time for me right away, on a Sunday morning. The first time was shortly after I moved to Denver, and I was grappling with deep feelings of abandonment with a family member. Incredibly, after a session with Dena involving tapping and other clearing, the issue resolved almost completely and has not been nearly as problematic ever since.
I have just returned from my second session with Dena, as I am set to move away from Denver. I know now that that first session was no fluke: this is a masterful, gifted healer that I feel tremendous gratitude towards for having worked with. I feel so much lighter and more hopeful after our session. Dena's talent is unmistakable. With chronic depression carrying through all of my adult life, I've tried traditional psychotherapy, self-help books, binge-watching of New Age YouTube videos and TED Talks, meditation, Buddhist retreats, yoga, and antidepressants. All of these have been helpful, but, at least for me, one session with Dena is about as powerful as years and years of these other tools. I guess everyone has to find their own key to getting themselves out of despair. For me, a session with Dena is the fastest, most effective and enduring action I can take to lifting myself out of dark spaces and reconnecting with the hope and joy that we are all here to feel. Thank you, Dena. I wish I could take you to my new city. I am eternally grateful to you for the beautiful work you do.

Dena is amazing! Sessions with her are better than talk therapy. The first session was amazing. I had some issues I believed I had dealt with years ago. Dena is always right on and helps me to peel another layer of the onions I didnt know were still there. I always leave feeling lighter and like I have a plan. My after reflections are usually motivating and helpful.
