We found Mr. Kohan (Navid) after trying to pay off our debt on our own, and trying debt relief. We had had a huge drop in income, I was on disability for 9 months and we had another wrench in our financial life that sent us over the edge. We were desperate, didn't want to lose our house and really didn't want to file bankruptcy but it was our only choice. And let me say - I WISH we would have done it sooner. Navid and his staff made it a very easy process and their guidance and service was worth every penny. Anytime we had a question, it was answered quickly with a phone call or email. The hardest part was the wait from the initial hearing to the discharge. Honestly it's 3.5 months post-discharge and I can't believe we are debt free. I have used the services of Mr. Navid Kohan, and all I can say, is positive things about him, his partner, Audrey and his office staff.

My story is quite confusing. I found myself in a very difficult situation because of my excessive kindness. In short, I agreed to sign a lease for the person who set me up meanly, because for several years the rent was not paid and the management company could not evict this person, because during Covid there was a ban on eviction. After the completion of the eviction process, I, as the main tenant (in fact, I did not live there at all), received a notice of debt for $62945.25. I was in financial trouble at the time and the collection agency contacted me directly and demanded that I pay that amount...they threatened me that if I didn't pay on time, the interest would accumulate over time. One of my friends advised me to contact him. I talked to many different lawyers before contacting Mr. Kohan, but none of them promised me anything specific. When I met with Mr. Kohan, I explained my situation to him and Mr. Kohan gave me a detailed plan of his next steps. The whole debt settlement process took about 7 months and Mr. Kohan was able to agree with them to reduce the amount by 2 times, which was a significant success for us, especially for me. After the process is completed, I can breathe easy and continue to live a fulfilling life with my family. I also want to note that he was always in touch with me keeping me informed.
