I was on probation for my 2nd DUI and I had a lot going on in my life, and didnt show up for UA's, meetings, and more. I had a probation violation and didnt show up to court in October of 2018 and then had a warrant for my arrest. I found MATT MARTIN and I am so happy I did! I finished what I needed to do and he had my probation terminated and my case closed. He is magic.

This was almost a 3 year case/probation/everything and I was facing another year (or more) in jail, or 2-4 more years on probation, or whatever they wanted to do. I am free and done with everything thanks to Matt Martin!!! I cried and laughed, and cried again when I left that courtroom. Words cannot express how incredible I am feeling today.

Matthew Martin is an extremely unprofessional lawyer. He was hired by me to handle a case and did as little as he could possibly do to defend me and obstructed my ability to fight a very good case, forcing me to take a plea. He cost me around 300 dollar in MISTAKES alone in subpoenas that weren't done properly and I am currently seeking a malpractice case against him, as well as a general fee dispute as he refuses to deal with the matter, and verbally assaulted me on the phone with homophobic slurs and profanity when I attempted to reach him about it. He had been a defense attorney one month when I hired him, but said otherwise. I have sued (and settled with) another attorney for a matter relating to Mr. Martin's mistakes that simply wouldn't have happened had Mr. Martin done things properly. Buyer beware, this guy will do as little as possible on your case, and has had several complaints and civil matters against him already.
