Mountain View's Laseraway will always be my first choice. They are the best location to go to; they are always so kind, efficient, and thorough. I always get excellent nurses/ technicians, and their front desk is AMAZING. I usually see Janeen during my visits, and she is fantastic. She has helped me throughout my treatments and goes above and beyond in customer service. This location has made my laser hair removal process wonderful, and I will always recommend them!!! I was so upset today, leaving the clinic the chalk they used in order to do the laser did not come off. I tried scrubbing it, washing it with soap. It still did not come off. Sadly, I couldn't wear the dress for the party tonight.

Beware to let the technician know to please don't use the chalk so hard that it takes over a day to come off!. I don't know how many days for it to come off. I have another appointment tomorrow so I am hoping they can remove it.

I was so happy with my recent experience at LaserAway Mountain View. I got Xeomin/Botox for the first time. CeCe and the staff took their time to thoroughly walk me through the process, what I could expect, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated their highly personalized approach, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout. And the best part.....the results are AMAZING....look forward to coming back in the future!

I've been coming here for almost two years now for my laser hair removal and I love it! I've seen amazing results in each of the areas I purchased.

Also, the women who work there are literally the best! CC was so amazing and patient with me and walked me through everything with ease! Also shout out to Trinity at the front desk, she's been an absolute pleasure!

I've been very unhappy with their service,specifically Botox and Xeomin. None of the treatments worked on me. Somehow at other places, when I pay the going rate, it works. Yet when I've been fooled into their discounts the treatment was disappointing to say the least. Maybe there's a correlation between what pay and what you get. But even with the discounts I'm paying $500+ for a session ( 55 units) so to waste that money is very frustrating. The headquarters reply to my claims were beyon rude. I've spent thousands at this place and finally I'm convinced not to go back. Some treatments like IPL worked okay but had to beg them to increase the power so I can get results.

The moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiling faces. Felicia in the reception was amazing and super friendly! My nurse was CC and she was so reassuring and so warm and friendly. I had a clear and brilliant treatment done and CC was so confident and so capable. I had a bad experience with orange twist and cancelled my membership there (before I could even get my first treatment) and Janeen - was the person who answered my call and in speaking w her I was convinced right away that laser away Mountain View is the right place for me. Amazing and capable staff! Highly recommend this place.

I always have a great experience here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and Janeen is especially amazing! She is always professional, kind, and clear and upfront about pricing. My experience at this location has been absolutely PHENOMENAL. My nurse CC has been absolutely amazing throughout my journey of treatment. The front desk staff is always welcoming me with the biggest smile and remembering me by name. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering!
