Tomato B.Albany, GA1556Sep 3, 2022These idiots signed me up for a Kohl's card without explaining that it was a credit card and not a rewards program, insisted on using an old address they had on file, then the people on the phone told me there was no way to email me verification that the card was cancelled after I called and had it turned off. Wtf?

The friendliest staff in any retail or service business in all of Albany!! They acknowledge you and welcome you with a warm greeting. They offer assistance or answer questions without negativity. I've been here for a few months, and I'm taken aback of the lack of customer service I've witnessed in this town (so far). Shopping at this particular Kohls was very refreshing!

The clothes are priced low, and the store is clean. My daughter and I shopped there tonight. There was not one employee that acknowledged us, or asked if we needed help with anything. We shopped in 2 different departments. The cashier was polite, and that was it. The employees gave off a vibe like they didn't want to be bothered at all.

Wanted to buy something that they had online and the store did not have what I wanted, This has happened before. It was a line of cookware. They said it was a small store, but the had several sets of Bobby Flay and not one of what I wanted. Do not plan to waste my time and gas to go there again. Will go to Belks from now on.
