AWESOME, best airboat tour we have ever been on.
We accidently arrived 1 hour early and they accommodated us with out question.
HIGHLY recommend!!!!

The older gentleman that gives tours was very unprofessional. He got into a bickerment with another boater and actually told the boater to "move his F'ing boat". Hearing that alone was shocking, but then he got out of his boat and approached the other boater as if he wanted to fight him.

As we walked along the dock to get on the airboat to start our tour, we walked past the other boater who was pulling his trailer out of the water. That guy told us all to be careful because our guide was a dick. Instead of ignoring the other boater, our guide walked up to the man's truck and put his arms on the window that was down and yelled to the boater to meet him back here in an hour when our tour was done.

This is NOT the type of behavior I want my son to witness from anyone, much less someone who is giving us a tour on an air boat. You'd think he would have been professional, but obviously he has a short fuse that he can't control.

Nate Artur guide was fantastic took me my son and grandson out. Had great knowledge incredible humor can interact with any type of families. We saw a lot of wildlife and alligators and had a wonderful time. He made the best trip we could've had highly recommend and having Nate as a tour guide.

Four of us took the 90 minute tour 12/21/23 and it was very educational. Cap't Jeff was a knowledgeable and gracious guide. He even turned around so that I could retrieve my lens cap from the lilly pads. The place was clean and well organized and the staff very cheerful. Would highly recommend.

If you want to see alligators come here! The tours are private tours of 6 people or less on an airboat ride. When you arrive they will walk through a quick tutorial of the headset you are using to talk to each other and the guide while on the tour. Then you head to the boat, super easy and quick! We saw multiple alligators, egrets, herons and more! We did the 60 min tour and were very happy with the entire experience.

OMG!!! Sheena was super good energy and she was super super nice and lovely and the captain Keith were absolute amazing with the tour and he showed us EVERYTHING I was looking for, so much fun and he showed so many alligators and places. If I can give them 10 stars I will definitely do it. I can't wait to be back and enjoy with all the family and friends. 100% AMAZING

We are so very sad to find out the business had been sold because rob & debbie were just such wonderful people! Our family has always recommended Kissimmee Swamp Tours to many many friends & family over the years but after some friends of ours were nearly thrown off the boat by a new captain, who apparently is very inexperienced & reckless, we will NEVER recommend them again.
I attempted to contact the owners & that's when I was informed that rob & debbie had sold the business & that captain was also the new owner &, according to our friends, he wasn't a very pleasant person.

That was freakin awesome! The boat ride was out of this world going over everything in sight! We saw so many different gators and other animals. It's really out in the wild with Mother Nature! So beautiful and fun

I went with my family and had a wonderful time. Very informative and we saw some pretty big alligators . Highly recommend!

We had the best experience! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our captain was awesome! His knowledge of the area and of the wildlife was amazing! I would 1000% recommend Kissimmee Swap Tours.
