They got my car done in a reasonable time but my trunk and the side panels are two different colors and they won't call me back to fix it so just screw it. I'll never be going back here and I don't expect anyone should either

I was here last week to buy my leased car and Bob Lessila helped me to do so. He suggested me all the options and helped me to do the paperwork. He advised me to do new lease but did not pressured me once i said i am happy with my car.

So glad to work with Bob and ill advise my friends to contact him for new car.

Dont buy from Kenny Ross..They are still a dealer that will take you to the cleaners! Old fashion high pressure sales..Run away

Don't have your body shop work done here, behind where they sale cars. Unethical. Bait and switch and rude.

My husband went to Kenny Ross Nissan last week for an oil change on his truck. They were able to accommodate him at a day and time that worked with his work schedule when our regular garage couldn't. He was so happy with how quickly they completed his oil change and sent him on his way. He HATES waiting around. The folks at Kenny Ross Nissan really provided great customer service, and now he will take his truck there for service instead of our small garage. Thanks Kenny Ross!

Their used car sales department is terrible. I saw a truck online and filled out a form. I was contacted by a salesperson about the truck and I made an appointment with her to see the truck. I drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and when I get there, the salesperson is not there. I understand being out due to illness, but wouldn't you think that she could have called me and rescheduled, or assigned me to another salesperson. The guy working the desk said he could help me and we went to see the truck. I asked if I could drive it, he say yea and he went for the key. He comes out and says, Oh, this truck doesn't run. It has a bad starter or alternator or something! Why would they put a truck on their website that doesn't run? After he couldn't find us anything else in our price range, he informed me that all trucks in our price range were a bunch of junk! I won't go back to Kenny Ross to purchase a car or truck!
