JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Came here to search for some last minute items I needed and had no idea whether or not they would have them. I came in here I was not expecting to find it, but surprisingly I was able to find it on my own.

I had wondered around the store for a bit. I had in fact had to go to the back of the store which made it feel like I was walking into a cavern. This back corner of the store was dimly lit and I swear I heard an echo from the front of the store back here. With all this wandering I amazingly found exactly what I was looking for. This was no small feat, especially since the staff were busy yelling at one another.

It felt like I was on my own when I was here. If it wasn't for the employee at the register I would not have had any interactions with staff here.

This store annoys the heck out of me. Totally understaffed. Yesterday, for the second time I had to leave without my items. I went in. Picked up posterboard, tape, and ribbon. Proceeded to make my way to the front of the store where I stood. And stood. And stood some more. I waited for a checkout person. They never came. I wandered around the area a few. Then I put my items on the counter and walked out.

It's a nice ok store but I would like to see a much larger store. I would like it relocate to another space in the plaza or to a location in a new plaza in Richland Township.. I would like to see that store sell more and a full selection of stickers..
