JC Heating and Cooling is great company for your air conditioning and heating needs. Our air conditioner stopped running on a 95-degree day, and JC sent someone over right away to address the issue. Dennis is a fantastic tech. He was able to identify the issues and worked diligently in the heat until the job was completed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome Dennis from JC back into our home for all of our air conditioning and heating repairs going forward. Also, Dennis and our dog, Babe, really hit it off, and she has made a new friend.

For a few years, I used them to deliver heating oil and my experience was generally positive. When I used them to repair a heater, I was not only overcharged, but the repair did not work. I was charged for labor and a part which they marked up ten times as much as it costs at Home Depot. In my attempt to complain, I left messages, but didn't hear back... nor did I receive a refund.

Accidentally ran out of oil on a Sunday. Looked for someone who provided emergency oil delivery. Their website says " Emergency service 24/7 365 days in any weather". Was told by the lady that answered the phone that they do not do deliveries on the weekends. I responded by saying "oh I'm sorry that's not what I read on your website" and she hung up on me without responding. Misleading advertising and crappy customer service is a hell of a business model.

Getting my tank filled and then charged for a short delivery. This cost was never mentioned and they raised the price for the time I was online and had to call to get the tank filled.

We unknowingly ran out of oil in the middle of the night so I called first thing in the morning. I told JC that we ran out and asked if they could come fill me up the same day. They agreed and I just assumed it wouldn't be until later that night. It is now 11:00 am and the truck is outside!! Awesome service and can't thank J C Heating enough!

I recently had a sudden emergency in my basement and called the office concerned for I smelled smoke and big Joe came out right away to take a look. He then sent out his guys Joe and John who were great and replaced my leaking hot water heater. They were very professional and very kind for I was crying on the phone going through a lot in life at the moment.
I've used them before for maintenance on my oil heater and highly recommend them!!

Got back from a trip and found one of the heating zones was not working properly. Called and got an immediate appointment. Jack B (technician) showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with out issue! Was an incredibly professional experience!! The best part, we have a service contract and everything was covered. Thanks JC Heating team!!! Highly recommend them if you live in Bucks county.

Very disappointed with this company. We have a signed contract for service and automatic fuel deliveries and they are not honoring it. It took 6 weeks for them to send me the contact to begin with. If you are looking for an honest reliable company, look elsewhere!

Meh (as suggested by yelp) is about right.

My (17 yr old) heat pump died just before the Memorial Day weekend. Called JC to have someone come in and take look. They were one of, I think, two shops available that Saturday. Someone did come in; it cost something like $150. Fair enough so far, this being a holiday weekend. The guy discovered a blown capacitor, something like $300 to replace - "sorry, off-hours pricing". No way in hell that capacitor costs more than $100, and I don't understand why a part should cost more Saturday than next Monday. Turned out the compressor was shot, so at the end of the day we were only out the $150 or so for the visit; JC gets their second star for being honest.

I asked for an estimate to replace the whole thing. Got pricing for a few Amana setups; felt expensive overall. Asked for a quote on a Lennox or a Carrier setup - I wanted to stay with a top-tier brand. Amana, while a solid choice, is rated second-tier at pretty much any professional HVAC site. Was promised a quote, never got one.

In parallel, I got quotes from two more places. One was for an older Carrier setup; the price was actually the same as a similar Amana setup for JC. The other quote was for a better Carrier setup that was actually less than either JC or the other shop. Funnily enough, these guys had a busy install schedule; they also had the best credentials of the three. So we ended up with a very nice two-stage Carrier system for less than what JC wanted for a similar Amana setup. Luckily for us, the weather cooperated.

So.. if you are replacing a pump and not in a rush, go elsewhere - there are some good people based in Levittown. If it is an emergency, JC is a valid option, but be prepared to be charged an arm, a leg and then some.

we where in the middle of heat wave99-100degrees on friday they were the only ones to come out in only 2hoursjoey my tech was great found the problem went back to shop on how faST the could get thongs done..joey jack and a tru gentleman jim took over ordeed the parts first thing monday then sent another tech jack to bring an loanera/c unit for my elderly mothers roomthey were at my home early tuesday and had everthing up and running by noon great people hard workers honest peopleprice was very fair 4thank you all very much joe danko
