Starbucks

Based on today's experience I don't get the bad reviews. Large clean dining room. Music at a reasonable volume. Employees seemed friendly and helpful. Coffee was fresh from the new Brew on demand machines. No complaints. Convenient parking right outside the door. I did sense a little bit of chaos and disorganization behind the counter, but it did not impact my order.

I used to work in the food industry, and I get it when people can come off rude, aggressively or sometimes order something so complicated that it can cause a line, but I did none of those things and they actually had me waiting in the drive thru window for 4-5 minutes before I realized the girl in the window was purposely giving her back to me the whole entire time waiting for me to leave, because as soon as I left she helped the car behind me. I did nothing wrong, so why warrant horrible service like this? Honestly if this is a franchise, I as the owner would take a hard look at how much drinks are being wasted, and money being lost because I can tell this is something that commonly happens with a poorly trained cashier

Hello Starbucks, that was not 1/2 caff 8 hours ago. And maybe you should find a way to direct cars ordering three dozen grilled cheese sandwiches OR whatever complicated crap that was to a waiting space in front instead of having them hold up the line for what? Nearly 15 minutes? That was two vehicles in a row with super long prep times. So, you took a short cut and screwed up my drink? Not OK.

On 12/17/23 I went to this Starbucks and brought my reusable plastic red cup. I was told it holds a Venti size hot drink and paid for a Venti. When I got home I measured it and it only holds 16 oz. That is a Grande. So I was overcharged.

I honestly gave this location too many chances to prove me wrong.

My last review showed how my drinks was not even filled up.

I come to this location ONLY when I'm in a rush to my destination. About 3 morning stops and 1 afternoon stop here, my drinks is not made correctly. They use way too much oat milk than espressos shots it's suppose to come with

I will definitely drive an extra milk to Pinole location if you want your money worth.

Pricing hacking ****


I get the SAME order at every Starbucks in America, which is :
- Grande (hot) American - decaf
- Add 2 raw sugars, cinnamon powder
- steam in cream

Now this location had the nerve to charge me $4.25 or something when everywhere else it's $3.75. It's $3.85 at the pimple location, Hercules, Vacaville, on and on and on

They claim the steamed cream is more . Listen I'm not asking for a Brevé just warm up the half and half you're gonna add so my coffee doesn't get cold. She adjusted the price.just.this.once but I don't like the lack of uniformity.

The OLNLY location that didn't charge me $3.75

Grande white chocolate mocha. Once the whip cream melted this much room was in the cup. Coffee is expensive. Why not give me the complete serving?

Since we are in a Pandemic and people still need Starbucks for their drinks this location does help out with the drive thru.

Wasn't this use to be KFC? With Starbucks being in Princeton Plaza I can get my drink before I do my grocery shopping at Raley's. I can either use the Starbucks app to order my drink ahead which makes it easy because when I get to Starbucks my drink is already made.

This location surely doing a good job on limiting the people that can come inside. People do love Starbucks and the company wants to make sure nobody inside catches the virus, even making sure people wear mask when you come inside.

I park where McDonald's is at (I am not a fan of the hill parking). The drive thru is your best option.

Friendly staff. Fast service and this place actually still has power outlets. A big win for me.

I've spend thousands of dollars over the years working from Starbucks when I have to travel. The lastest trend in the CA Starbucks is to remove the outlets. Sad because Starbucks was started as a way for road warriors to be able to work, as well as be around people when they work. (It can get lonely working by computer at times)

Loved this place. Definitely would come back when I'm in the area.

Place is nice but people are dumb unfriendly. It was 7:50pm and a employee came to tell me the lobby closes in 10 mins. Online it says it closes at 9pm
