Austin you are amazing!!! God bless you friend. I know it's taken me a few days to get to a place where I could sit down and write this but what a Godsend you were to me. Cold weather, stupidity on my part twice (left the tailgate down/light on and left the headlights on) and a very remote location with ZILCH for cell or internet service was providing extreme stress under the circumstances. It took my road service company a long while to find you (that's on them not you) and then you showed up far ahead of schedule. You were kind, courteous, understanding and a huge help to me. I cannot say thank you enough, you went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty and what I'm sure the insurance company paid you.

I was actually afraid to try and start my truck the very next morning but, of course, it started just like magic! And has started every time since. And now I'm using my remote start just as intended. Glad we decided new batteries was the correct decision and thank you for calling ahead to the parts store to be sure they had them in stock! You're amazing!!!

Our semi truck and trailer was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 2am on 2/15/24, when the driver hit a patch of black ice and lost control. He slid off the road, and the truck was damaged enough it was undrivable. The driver hitched a ride with a driver that was passing by in order to get aid. In the meantime, highway patrol spotted the abandoned truck and trailer and had it towed before the driver made it back.
All in all, the truck was towed less than 50 miles and it took less than one hour. The truck had not overturned, was not on its side, and in fact, was sitting up right. There was absolutely nothing out of the ordinary that was required to tow our truck and trailer. However, they charged us $23,525 which is absurd.
This invoice should solely reflect the services provided at a realistic and reasonable price. The fee should not have been ridiculously inflated due to our out-of-state status or Montana's lack of restrictions for towing firms at this time.
This is undoubtedly an instance of price gouging and insurance fraud.

These guys are the biggest thieves and criminals on the planet. Don't use them. Don't use them for anything. They are scam artists. I had a friend who was broken down on the side of the road and they pulled up and they connected to his car even though they he requested them not to because he already had a tow truck coming.

He begged them not to and yet they still connected to his car and told him that the only way they would disconnect was if he paid them $500.

He had to pay these guys $500 to disconnect so that he could have AAA tow his car. He begged them and said multiple times to please not connect and yet she still did it and she said it was out of his control.

That my friends is a scam. They damn near called out a truck with a boom on it that was going to cost $1600 an hour.

What's worse is that it has an appearance that they were in cahoots with the local sheriff where the car was broken down.

My friend did everything right to to make the situation right and to take care of it and get his car moving in the right direction and these guys show up with a sheriff and pull this kind of crap.

Don't use these people. A holes.

My car had a transmission problem. Iron Horse showed up on time to pick it up. They took excellent care with my vehicle loading it onto the trailer. The driver was courteous and super helpful. Thanks Iron Horse!

Iron Horse Towing is ignorant, disrespectful and has absolutely NO concern for public safety and our wonderful community. I will NEVER use their services!!! Reds Towing has MUCH better reviews and offers better service all around.

Our 5th wheel needed all new tires midway through our road trip. Iron Horse towing and repair was fabulous. They got us in right away in the morning and switched out all tires. Staff was great and easy to work with.

Had a 10 minute job 22 miles from their office, they said it took an hour to get there. They boned me 3.5 hours for the tow job. No towing, just lift a 5000 pound machine on a trailer. Of course they don't care as this is one and done. They can enjoy the money they got from the screw job but I hope this review will be enough to keep them from doing it to the next guy. Don't go near them if you want an honest job.

Justin was a great help ! He was there in less then 15 mins. Also got the car Unlocked within 10. Excellent help I would use Iron Horse towing again because of him.

I cannot express my gratitude to Iron Horse towing and service! Devin rescued me in the middle of the night on I90 and got me safely to my hotel. I am forever grateful to Devin and Scott. Great customer service!

... the sherif is the company owners brother ... they will rob you blind and you cant do anything about it . $6,400 Tow bill for a 100 mile round trip with original invoice being $8,000. They will try to charge you an arm and a leg and suck your blood in mean while if they can. STAY AWAY if YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT
