Dr Scronce is amazing. Period. The fact that you get to see two doctors essentially is great. Yes, one of them is learning the ND part of doctoring and they are the ones that check you in and get all your info. Then Dr Scronce comes in and goes over all the things!

I love this place because I am a very sick individual and have a lot of specialist doctors that hardly care about you. So being able to have a doctor that really cares and looks at your care from all angles is great. She was consistent and very involved when I was hospitalized and almost died two years ago. I will follow this doctor anywhere.

Do yourself a favor and go. The only disappointment will be the front staff, I have never had a good experience with them. Not welcoming or warm...it weird since I get such great care on the other side of the door.

Excellent experience all the way around! Dr. Miller and staff are not only extremely knowledgeable, but they care about their patients. I felt they listened to all of my concerns, did not rush me in fact, took their time, explaining everything. They also took the time to ask me if there was anything else I needed when we were finished talking about main concerns. Each time I have left my appointment, I have felt more empowered and hopeful. I highly recommend Dr.Miller.

After 5 visits to the Holistic Health Clinic, I would feel accurate of giving the overall business and staff a 10 Yelp rating.

During each visit, I found the staff thorough, with concise time management, knowledgeable, while responding with a kindhearted, humorous demeanor.

The staff is wonderful! The prices are very reasonable, and scheduling was supper easy and flexible. The staff are very knowledgeable and helped me quickly solve my problem.

I'm so happy I found dr. Julia Miller! She's the first doctor in a loooong time to take my complaints seriously and look into what causing my issues instead of medicating my symptoms. She wants to get down to why I'm symptomatic. We're still digging into some of those issues but I'm grateful for her and the supplements she's started me on. She also gives me various financial routes to go down because I am paying out of pocket which I also really appreciate. Her nurse Pattie is amazing too, anytime I have any questions outside of the visits she'll give me a call back and discuss things with me. The only downside Iv had is the front desk girls are 75 % of the time rude when I call or go in. I'm hoping in time they'll start being weeding the rude ones out but none the less would 100 % recommend the NPDs and nurses!

Dr. Scronce is the best doctor I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, listens, follows through and is caring and compassionate. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent and caring doctor.

My only negative (which is why this is a 4 and not a 5 star review) is that the front desk staff at the clinic are not very friendly, always seem distracted and disinterested, and are not very helpful. I have been going to this clinic for several years and have seen different people at the front desk, but the attitude remains the same. I'm not sure why this is, but it's definitely a problem.

But don't let the waiting room/ front desk expereince stop you from seeing Dr. Scronce. She is wonderful.

I originally decided to come here when seeing a deal online for B-12 shots. I knew I was in desperate need of them and I was so happy when they fit me in within a few days for a first appointment. I have seen several doctors in this clinic and I really like all of them. They take the time to really listen. I only have a few issues that I wish they would resolve.

* My biggest and, in my opinion, most valid complaint: There is no email availability, which seems very outdated to me.
A) I needed to have medical records sent to them and it would have been easiest to send it to the office via email.
B)Today's modern technology allows most health clinics to reach healthcare providers via email. I've gotten spoiled, I suppose, in being able to ask questions or address concerns to my doctor via email, so I'm disappointed that I can't do so with this clinic.
* There is a long wait period for appointments, which makes getting timely follow up appointments harder. But I think this is true in most health clinics, and getting me in so quickly for my first appointment to start B-12 shots definitely makes up for it.
* I don't have health insurance and use my CareCredit account quite often for things like health/dental appointments, and I wish this clinic was a participant.
*Front office staff is rather cold and unhelpful. When inquiring about an issue, I'm left feeling like I'm a bother. I wonder if they realize that they have their jobs because there are patients who pay to go there, providing their wages. A smile, a welcoming attitude goes a long way. They are the people who provide the first impression of the business. First impressions are important.

Literally one of the worst experiences I've had with any clinic. Staff is super friendly I will give them that. Communication is horrible. Office staff don't seem to be on same page as doctors causing confusion with picking up medications, telling me what meds I'm even purchasing. I voiced my frustrations with staff over the phone and literally the next day I got a call from the doctor referring me out to someone else. Then when that was all done the office called and asked if I was showing up for my next appointment even though doctor said I'm going somewhere else now. Perfect end to a horrible experience.

In response to the owners recent comment, my issue was never with their mask policy. I wonder how they came to this conclusion without ever even speaking to me about the situation. Evidence of this not being the issue would be proven with me entering the office for months with a mask on. This is yet just a prime example of this business having no regard for how their patients are treated. Yikes! Glad my decision was verified as the right one. As a healthcare professional myself, I'm appalled.

Dr Sronce, where have you been my whole life?

I have dealt with mild depression my whole adult life, but it was getting worse and I needed to seek some help. I went to my conventional doctor who pushed me in and out and as I leave gives me a prescription for anti depressants. "Good god.. I am now a statistic", I thought. I was so upset. I wasn't okay with the half ass answer of, "you're just depressed." I wanted to know WHY I felt this way.

I went home and did some research, a lot of research. Weeks later I came across this office. I made an appointment, they were able to get me in the next day. My first appointment was over a hour long. HALLELUJAH! Someone who actually listens to me and really cares. We just sat and talked. I left with a bunch of plant based supplements to treat what she thought was just hormonal imbalances. Even though I was still skeptical, I finally felt that I had some answers. Ha you mean I am not crazy? I am not alone?

I have been going here for about 5 months now and I swear with every bone in my body this place performs miracles. I am back to my old self.

After feeling better she put me on a cleansing diet to get all the crap out of my body that I was inhaling while feeling tired, etc (seriously who wants to eat a carrot when you feel sad?) I am not only feeling level headed but also going back to the gym and losing weight.

You guys seriously saved me. Thank you.
