Call June 2018 thay sent Manuel out to check my windows. 2 upstairs were going to be replaced. Was never replaced been calling since July 2018 to current day. Left millions of messages never received a call back ever. Worst customer service ever. Will not reccomend to anyone.

Owner of the company came out to my house to collect nearly $6000.00 cash deposit on August 21, 2019. Owner would only respond that she ordered the windows and that it would take time. She became very threatening the more and more this was pursued. It is now January 7, 2020 and it has been confirmed that the owner never intended on ordering my windows and has simply used my money to pay off her personal debts. This was confirmed with her own installer...and her window supplier. This company is out of business. Both criminal and civil actions are being taken.
