Dr Chag, helped me get through Rio's eye surgery, together we developed a personalized long term treatment plan. Her continued reassurance, attention to detail, education/prevention, is genuine, a rare skill that sets her above other Doctors.

We have brought our labs here since they were puppies, and more recently had our 2 yr old spayed. They were absolutely amazing, responsive to calls, helpful as always, and Dr Chag was there to answer any and all concerns of mine. They truly care about your family members here, I will always recommend them.

I went to this vet clinic when Dr. Wells was there. Awesome Vet. Dr. Casey is great as well. However the front staff are rude and unprofessional AND Dr. Shag is as well. She now makes the dominating decisions on what happens in this clinic. I won't go into the details, but I called on an emergency and was told they had no time and when I was told to go to Portsmouth, which I had a terrible misdiagnosed experience with, so I declined that suggestion. I was then told by the office manager that I was selfish!! While I was crying about my injured dog in need of care... Unbelievably unprofessional. It is too bad. Dr. Casey is wonderful, but the others need to go. It will all come out in the wash...

We have a 21 year-old cat who was still eating and purring but could no longer walk. She was literally dragging her hind quarters and could no longer make it to the litter box. We thought it was the end. We took her here as a last resort for an acupuncture treatment. I am not making this up when I tell you that she started walking the next day. We continue to bring her for treatment every two weeks, and she is on a liquid herbal anti-inflammatory which is obviously helping. She has had kidney disease for a couple of years and her blood tests have actually improved a bit. I highly recommend this place. They saved our cat.

The new Chief of Staff, Shawna Chag, DVM, is by far, the best vet I have ever been to. She is friendly, sincere, knowledgeable, and empathetic.

I have been always happy with the care my dog received at Health and Wellness Animal Hospital in Hampton Falls. I liked that they offer holistic medicine in addition to traditional medicine. Holistic medicine is not pushed on you and you always have the option of staying with traditional medicine.
I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Thank-you to Dr Casey and all the staff at Health and Wellness. My cat goes for Accupuncture for her chronic feline respiratory illness, and she has improved consistently over time. Dr Casey has helped Honey have the best quality of life she can have. Everyone there is very welcoming and loving. I would recommend anyone looking for functional medicine and holistic care for their pets rather than, or in addition to conventional vet care.

I love this place. The care team is lovely and the vet was knowledgable and hands on with my older jack Russell mix. I have been looking for a great place to bring my dog and I am relieved to say this is it!!! They really care about your pet here. My dog got the 5 star treatment and assessment I was looking for. I was able to stay right with her while the vet, not a tech, provided full care. Amazing. I would give 6 stars if I could.

The vets, techs, and office staff are so helpful, competent, kind, and always listen! I am in the midst of taking my two puppies in for the last of their vaccinations, and I couldn't be happier with the way they practice here. Today I even received a phone call from one of the office staff asking if my puppies were doing okay after their recent vaccinations.
