Very dishonest dealership. I worked with a Dave and Ted. They sold me a used Corvette with faulty clutch immediately after delivery and presently discovering other issues. Issues the deliberately tried to hide. If you are a victim of this dealer be sure to file a complaint with the Wisconsin dmv, dealer complaints.

This review is for TJ at the body shop, 5-stars for him
I brought my car in for body work. He is a professional and took care of the repairs.
Car looked like it was new. Needed rear valance/fasica, bumper cover repaired. Also needed front fasica, grille/emblem, and hood repair/replaced for new repair. Did tell me that if I kept the hood that there would be a crease in the repaired result. Maybe I could have lived with that, I just prefer saving parts. No issue.
Kind of surprised the number of dealers that don't have body shops. I would consider bringing other cars here, with him in charge.
I did end up finding one of the floor mat anchors under the seat. Not sure why they were removed, but one is enough to stop the slipping.
Also 1-star for that one fired service advisor attempted to force and harass me into warranty work that I did not authorize. I got into a hot arguement with him on the phone to just give my car back. Terrible experience. Purchased a 2022 ZL1 online. It was delivered with missing clear bra. No paperwork. Mass confusion. Different stories. Total mess. I would never do this again!!
6 weeks after payment for the car; no original paperwork, no title, and currently driving on a temporary tag that is expired. Silence the last two weeks from Griff. I guess the BBB will be next.

I some times need to get my hands on a gm original replacement part that one dealer will tell me they need to order but I want it now.
I generally will go to who has what I need when I need it and if I can drive a little to get it when I need it I will. I will go to who who ever helps me get the job done and Griffen Chevrolet was the closest today with what I needed.

My most recent visit to Griffin Chevy was very pleasant. I was assisted by service advisor Brooke, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting me the right tires for the right price. She also explained to me that balance and alignment on a new set of wheels will make all the difference for longer lasting and better performance. Thanks again I will be a returning customer for sure.

I get with COVID being around sales guys get a little bit desperate to make a sales but Pete and his sales manager Nick both promised me that if I put a down payment on the truck I chose while I get my loan ready with a bank it would not get sold. I put a couple hundred dollars down and we set an appointment for me to come in the next day around 3-330pm. The morning of at around 9am, nick calls me to confirm my appointment while I'm at work so I couldn't answer (I work outside in the cold). When I finally had time to look at my phone nick had already sent me a message saying that if I didn't get back to them in 10 min the truck was going to be sold. So that's what they did. Never will I step foot into that place again.

Hi Oscar: Griffin Chevrolet apologizes to you for any misunderstanding. When you were in on the 10th, we understood you were going to your bank to secure financing. When we heard four days later that you were unable to secure a loan, our manager attempted to send you the link to our online credit application (to see if Griffin could assist you in getting financed). This application is also on our website. When we did not receive the application back from you, Nick reached out to you the next day--via text. When we again did not hear back from you, he texted you that we had another customer interested in the truck. Two hours after that, we understand you picked up the text, but were at work. We are sorry that you missed this vehicle as that was not our intent when we attempted to contact you We were happy to refund you your deposit. We wish you well.

Tried to call them to see if they could fix our son's car. I spoke with someone by the name of Matt. Matt listened to my questions and said, "hold on a minute". I then was transferred into someone's voicemail. I hung up and called back as I wanted to get an answer. Repeatedly, I was just put on hold and no one answered. I then got annoyed, and called to speak with the Service Manager. I then was put on indefinite hold. I'm assuming they had caller ID and saw it was me calling back and just left me hanging there. I found a different auto dealer to fix my son's car. Very disappointing that they couldn't even try to answer my questions. They lost a potential customer and big job as it cost $10,000 to fix my son's car. Will never go here for anything.

I don't recommend going here for a car.The head GM promises you all these things and can't even deliver yes or no questions. The staff there clearly does not know what they're doing. Was interested in a few cars and nothing went as planned because they didn't know what they were doing. The GM Brad said that he was going to do all these things to make it work and couldn't follow through on one thing not even a phone call back. But that's a typical car salesman for you I promise you the world just to get the sale but that can't even work because they can't even commit to getting the sale done.There are many other dealerships for Chevrolet I highly do not recommend this one. In addition Lorraine, I can show you pictures of how I contacted Brad three different times and was completely ignored. I have time to take the screenshot. I also have documentation on asking him if I still had the loan I did not get an answer. He told me he would hold the car for three months he never did that. When I called to see if the vehicle was still on hold I was told it was released. And it is beyond tacky for you to write any comments about losing a family member and your condolences when this had nothing to do with purchasing a car. Take care!

Terrible service. Errick Clay refused to look at my rebate, and I stated I wanted full synthetic oil, he did the oil change with conventional oil. When I asked to speak to the manager he gave me a hard time . Tim is a nice guy, but Errick is terrible at his job. I cannot handle this level of incompetence. I waited an hour and Errick wanted me to wait another hour to correct it. Tim was helpful and had it done in 20 minutes. If anyone at Griffin is reading this, you need more people like Tim. Errick should either be removed entirely or placed in a position where he does not work with people.
