These gals are angels walking the earth! I reached out to them 6 days PP because baby and I were having a tough time finding our stride breastfeeding. Baby wasn't latching properly and, not to overshare, but I was left sore and bleeding and dreading each feeding. I felt so guilty and just tried to power through each feeding, wincing and sobbing the entire time because it hurt so bad. It wasn't sustainable and I knew I needed help. Enter the Candices! After my initial contact, Candice E. responded within a couple of hours. She was able to book me right away and was prompt and efficient at sending over links to the intake paperwork, payment info, etc.

At our appointment, Candice was beyond wonderful. She has such a calming, gentle, empathetic presence that immediately made me feel at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable about breastfeeding and babies and everything in-between and her passion towards helping others really shows. She was able to diagnose our issues (there were a few!) and offer various tips and solutions. She also showed us how to properly execute the side-lying BF position which has been a TOTAL GAME CHANGER. Seriously. That knowledge alone is worth the fee, which, in my research, I found to be very reasonable and comparable to other lactation consultant fees.

I will also note that during our visit Candice was double-masked and wore gloves, something I very much appreciate. It is clear that safety and respect for others are a priority for them.

If you and baby are struggling, please reach out to Goldilacts. They can help you. I promise. Being a mom is hard enough. Let them take some of this burden away. You don't have to "power through" and figure it out on your own. I'm so glad I asked for help. Baby and I are in a much better place now and I'm no longer sore or injured. Breastfeeding can, and should be, a beautiful, bonding experience. Sometimes we just need a little help. You got this, mama!

I stopped breast pumping at 2 weeks of giving birth and started the relactation journey when my baby was 3 months old.

I made a virtual appointment with Candice J and have no regrets. We literally talked about every step that was going to be needed to relactate. Keep in mind relactation can take anywhere from 3-6 plus weeks I believe (confirm with Candice lol) & when I tell you Candice was with me throughout this journey she sure was. She was my number 1 supporter and when we came to a struggle she came up with a new plan but always the same goal.

I am happy to say I was able to relactate and I am an exclusive breastfeeding momma. Thank you Candice/Goldilacts. I know in my heart without your help I would have not been able to have this beautiful experience with my baby and give him the liquid gold he loves now.

Goldilacts saved my sanity, gave me such incredible advice and support for myself and my baby.
I needed support through weaning due to complications and Candice helped me through this process by explaining what could have been the reasons, gave such insight into things that as a first time mama you don't know or think about, and always answered any questions or concerns I had. I got the help, support, and guidance I needed for myself and baby.

Next time around, I'd definitely reach out before baby #2 is here to do things correctly. So very thankful for Goldilacts!

I feel so lucky to have met Candice J! She is patient and kind, and has such a warm, compassionate, and loving energy to her. You can tell she truly cares - not just about baby, but about mama's well-being too. She is willing to work within the goals I had, and created a pump schedule for me that worked as a second time mom with a toddler running around. I had a delayed milk supply and my baby had a tongue and lip tie. After 2 weeks of pumping, my supply came in and after a referral to a pediatric dentist, we had the ties revised. By 5 weeks, my daughter was a nursing pro! Highly recommend Candice!

I was lucky enough to find Candice!!!
She is an angel she literally SAVED my breastfeeding!!
I breastfed my middle child for 3 years and had issues with my new 7 weeks old baby!
I felt as if the latch wasnt the best, felt discomfort but the most crucial issue was i wasnt producing enough milk and my baby's weight went downhill, she was hungry all the time and breastfeeding sessions took forever.
I had a different lactation consultant (who has a really good reputation ) ,who said baby's latching properly (even though i felt she didnt) and that the problem is with me and my milk supply and that besides taking lactation supplements (that didnt help) there isnt anything we can do.
I felt down and a failure and was very depressed and exhausted until i reached Candice who knew the solution right away, helped me with everything i needed, went above and beyond to help me and didnt leave me alone for one second!
Gave me a lot of hope , confidence and LOVE.
I am so happy i found her, I recommend anyone that needs help with breastfeeding to talk to her and see her she is truly and honestly THE BEST!!
Trust me i breastfed 3 babies and i thought i had a good lactation consultant, but Candice TOPS all of them!!

I was so nervous to leave the hospital after an all-nighter of our newborn screaming and unable to latch. While I had access to lactation consultants through insurance, working with Candice J was the best decision and best money spent. We met with her virtually the next day, and she talked us through everything, answered all our questions and reassured me in my breastfeeding journey! I love that I can text her various questions as they come up (e.g., when to introduce a bottle) since there can be so much conflicting info from the internet and family members.

Candice has been a great help and support during my lactation journey! We first met up when I was trying to transition to full breast feeding. She was such great support and put my mind at ease about the plan we had to take and backup options if things didn't go as well as we expected. But of course everything went great! Candice was kind enough to always be available via text, to answer questions and reassure me when things got rough. I would HIGHLY recommend Goldilacts if you are looking for lactation support. I reached out for an in-person consultation when my baby was only a few days old. As a first-time mom, I was vulnerable and exhausted but Candice was such a warm, nurturing and knowledgeable resource. She helped with my latch, taught me different positions and made me feel so much more confident in my breastfeeding journey. I felt so calm and comfortable with her in my space and felt like she truly cared about me and my baby.

After the first session, Candice sent me resources and would text me to see how we were doing. I felt comfortable reaching out to her in moments of panic and she got back to me with thorough and thoughtful answers quickly. I owe a lot of my breastfeeding success to Goldilacts!

This woman is AMAZING! It's been a month since I was not able to breastfeed and I'll admit it was a bit depressing for me. Not being able to produce and having trouble latching with my twins. I really thought that was it for me. Candice is truly a blessing. Within 10 minutes of our session milk just started coming out. I was like oh lord! She made me feel super comfortable, was extremely knowledgeable and she knew exactly what she was doing. I still talk to her to til this day! My only regret was not reaching out sooner. Worth every penny. Candice Echeverria helped me and my SO come up with a plan to help my baby latch and to supplement and get him back to birth weight. His most recent weigh in had him back to his birth weight where he was under weight 3 or 4 days ago. She's been so helpful via text also and we're making progress!
