Golden Designs Embroidery

I just held an interview on 5/18/23 with the head lady there, and it was going good until she asked if I had any more questions. I asked her what size do they carry up to a 5x? she replied back "you mean a tent? yes I can order those for you" and proceeds to laugh then asked if I wanted to see their embroidery area. I will never recommend this place for anyone to go to! They treat people very poorly, it's a shame they had to judge me based on my size and not the skill set I as able to bring to the table as I have worked with embroider for years now!

I have used Golden and their fast friendly service for years for my company and now that I am stating a new one they will have that business as well. You can't do any better

When I dropped off my child's winter coat for embroidery, I was told it would take 2 weeks. When I called 2 weeks later, it HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED. I questioned this, and the owner Ruth snapped at me and offered no explanation or apology. ABSOLUTELY go somewhere else for any of the services they "claim" to provide. In the end, they just kept my child's coat for 2 weeks in the middle of winter and did nothing with it. A total disservice to the community!
