If you seriously come to this app to complain about a chain restaurant you must have nothing better to do.

Burnt bagel edges on 2 bagels, still smoking (not steam) when I opened the wrapping 10 mins later. The Mgr gave me refund when I drove back. WHY have so many workers scheduled on slow weekday , late morning. They were bumping into each orher. Lots of talking & standing around.
Are they window dressing to show proper use of Fed PPP loan funds? PS Customers have legit complaints on food/service. Calling them "Karen" within earshot is a really STUPID and inflammatory thing to say. Grow up...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mickaila C.West Seneca, NY13Mar 19, 2022
I went for a quick late night coffee. The workers seemed displeased/annoyed I was there. Locking the doors well I was there. The coffee I ordered was double double. But tastes burned and more like a one one. The strawberry cheesecake donut had very little feeling and doesn't taste remotely fresh.

Wish I could give this location 0 stars. This was our first and now only visit. Can't believe how rude the cashier was to us.
Went in for some cold stone Ice cream. The woman that was "helping" us didn't greet us and got annoyed when I didn't have a quick answer to what I wanted. When I figured it out she made it. Looked great. Until she put it in the wrong size container and couldn't be bothered to put it in the right one so I could get a lid for it. Then my boyfriend tried to order and all 3 options she asked for was quickly responded with "we're out." He asked "what do you have?" And she literally just glared at him. So I listed the ice cream flavors that I could see and said he could make up his own but he was done with her attitude. So he calmly says "ok I'm fine then."
I go over to get rung out and she chuckled and rolled her eyes like I was supposed to offer up some sympathy. No. I was pretty over it. Took my receipt said "have a great night" and she seemed annoyed by that too. Customer service isn't for everybody I can appreciate that. But maybe call off next time you just need a day.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Greg C.Buffalo, NY993928Aug 20, 2019
When the stars align and no one is in the drive-thru, I can get a coffee in a reasonable amount of time.
My best story of this awful Tim Hortons was going inside to get a coffee. I was in a line that became four deep over the course of 6 minutes. No one was taking an order as we waited. Seeing as there was no one in site who wanted to take an order, I got in my car and drove through the empty drive thru. They immediately took my order and coffee. I could see the line inside, and still, no of them had their order taken yet.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tom D.Silver Creek, NY14641439505Sep 17, 2018
If I have to pick a coffee place - it's always going to be Tim's! This place was or is no different than most others - normally busy - normally a long line - however, fairly quick service!
The selection is good, but they had no apple fritter timbits :(Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Flynn H.Hamburg, NY03Dec 3, 2021
Your morning staff is absolutely miserable and takes it out on the customer. My order is never correct because you guys don't care to listen to what I order. I've never met more rude person than Kristen and Christa.

This location boasts a Coldstone Creamery inside of it. What do you think of that? Go get your large double-double fix with a sheet of ice cream cake as a side dish!
The bathroom is a little invasive though. The stall in the men's room is orientated towards the door and there are large gaps between the door and frame. You can't walk in without seeing another man's business on display. They lose (1) star for this.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Dennis P.Buffalo, NY414127Sep 10, 2015
Tim Hortons is good reliable coffee and food. You'll never a problem with quality here. Tim Hortons coffee garners many raving fans, especially here in the Buffalo area!
The morning and lunchtime coffee rush creates quite a bit of traffic and long drive thru lines around Timmy's, but they serve pretty quickly. I've never felt like I was waiting extremely long for anything.
It's not five star cuisine, but I'd say stopping here for a snack or a meal is definitely a step above the typical fast food options.
The bagels, donuts, and other "breakfast" items would be the clear strengths of the menu lineup.
I've had lunch sandwiches here a few times, and they're definitely not bad, but nothing to go crazy for.
The real draw of Tim Hortons, as I mentioned before, is the coffee and coffee-related beverages. It's hard to describe it, but this is for sure some of the best coffee around. Different flavor shots and combinations are a nice touch as well.
You won't be disappointed with Tim Hortons!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Elizabeth A.North Collins, NY46Oct 20, 2019
This Tim Hortons is the worst. It was very good at one time but now everytime I go there I am going back because my coffee is wrong. I do not understand why it is so hard to make a cup of coffee as ordered. When you take it back in you get attitude from the owner! They ask you are you sure? Yes I am sure or I wouldn't be complaining. Apparently all the employees are not trained right. They scrimp on everything now get your order wrong, do not give you the correct food! What a joke! I also feel that the turnover rate of employees is huge. That is not a good sign! The owner charged me for my flavor shot for my free coffee on my Tim's card. Why would I get charged for the flavor shot after I purchased the same coffee seven times before. It's all about money folks and Tim Hortons in the Village is going down hill.
