Needed a flat tire repaired asap. Late on a Friday afternoon. Joe was fantastic. Turns out it was a pinched tube. He let me watch how to do it and everyone friendly and courteous.
Bought extra spare tubes. Great shop.

Great bike shop - know their product exceedingly well, and provide great maintenance. Even more importantly, they treat people great. Whether your spending $400 or $14,000 - they treat you with respect and care. Very rare qualities these days - particularly with bike shops. Can't recommend more highly. You won't be disappointed. Just bought a Specialized Tero. Walked me through the ins and outs of the software and hardware - and provided proper fitting. Excellent experience.

Incredible service! Broke down in the middle of my ride but was able to limp my bike in to Fountain Hills Bikes. Russell helped get me back on the road in no time. Super friendly, knowledgeable and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I found myself with a solo day in Scottsdale and wanted to ride. The bike shop closest to McDowell Mountain was my first choice and they were awesome. For $60 I got on a great Specialized suspension bike and rode away. The trails were great and the people at the bike shop were super friendly and helpful. This placecould be an important part of your Scottsdale vacation.

These guys are terrific. Doug, Jon, Les - it doesn't matter, they're all knowledgable. And polite.
They won't talk you into anything you don't need. They're there for anything, new bike, issue with your existing bike, repair flats, purchase accessories.
They're located on FH Blvd, just before McDowell so you can hit them up on your bike ride if you need to!

I have been off the bike for over 7 years. I brought my worn out road bike into their shop and they brought it back to life. They did an amazing job helping me pick out new parts, put back together and even fit me for it. Great service and pricing. As a small business owner myself I appreciate local business and want to support them as much as I can. I recommend Fountain Hills Cycles to anyone that has cycling needs.

Wow! I went in on a referral from one of their regular customers. Brought my bike to have an issue looked at, and had researched 3 possible Specialized Road Bikes to possibly buy one. I am very conscious of the way I am waited on at any business. These folks are truly 5Star! I was blown away! I decided on a bike with their help and sure enough, Specialized was sold out in my size. I will be back to see about next years model!

This is a great bike shop. I have been in bike shops all across the country, and this is one of the very best. Doug, the owner, is very hands on (he's been there every time I've stopped by), and he has gathered a team of great, service-oriented staff.

They have a large supply of bikes for both purchase and rental. Their repair facilities are clean and well equipped. In addition, they have a wonderful selection of accessories and their prices are very fair, given the quality of what they provide.

They are very well located on the road to McDowell Mountain Park, which is one of my very favorite biking sites in the country (over 75 miles to ride) particularly the three, mountain-bike-only competitive tracks.

Here on holidays, first day in Scottsdale area and I brought my road bike into shop while out on a ride, the rear derailier was out of alignment caused probably while in transit. I asked if they could have a look at it. My issue right away was how the guy questioned me, "who built your bike up here?" Like three times, in a tone, as if me being a woman I couldn't possibly know anything about how to buiild a bike. I travel all over with my bikes. My husband and I have both been competitive cyclists for a lot of years, so don't speak to a customer like they don't have any clue. So as I'm waiting I peak into mechanic area and mechanic says "there is a whole bunch of things wrong with it" really is that necessary........the best was charging me $55 for 15 minute job to adjust brake and bent hanger. Most bike shops I have ever had to visit for some minor issue would never charge that kind of money! Rip off and unprofessional service. I won't go back plenty of other shops in the area
