Forza Roof Cleaning

The owner came out and met with me to provide the estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came up with a plan and reasons price for my roof that met my specific needs. The crew arrived on schedule and we're also very professional. My very old roof now looks like new and every part of this experience exceeded my expectations!

Working with Rachel and her team overall was not a positive experience. My partner and I recently bought an old home that needed A LOT of work. We reached out to Rachel to get our kitchen and bathroom remodeled, refinish our hardwood floors, do some demo work and a few other things. While Rachel was able to offer very affordable prices, they were not able to stick to the timeline they committed to us by any means. We constantly had to remind them what we wanted, what projects needed to be done, and request adequate documentation. There are still things that we requested to get done that never was completed. While most of the work they did was "decent" the kitchen countertops were by far the poorest work. 1 week after the job was "complete" the countertop started to fall apart on the sides and the laminate closest to the sink is uneven. When i reached out to Rachel about this, she agreed to have her team come out to fix the issue, however they never came back out as this was over 3 months ago. We recognize that projects like this often come with surprises, however the professionalism and the communication we had with Rachel and her team was very poor and stressful. With that being said, i would not recommend working with them to anyone.

I have to say that I had a very good experience with Forza roof cleaning. The results exceeded my expectations. We had large trees that had to be removed and exposed the algae that formed on the roof, Forza was able to remove and kill the algae. I will definitely be using them again!

I contacted Dwayne of Forza Roof Cleaning after finding them on Angie's List. He was very quick to return my call and to provide me details of his process. A proposal was sent shortly thereafter to allow me to compare his costs to several other companies I contacted. His website provided some helpful photos of what I could expect and his explanation of what he does was helpful in making a decision to go with him over the others. On the day of the service he and his assistant arrived on time and were ready to go to work. My roof is 14 years old and I have the typical black streaks found on the north-facing roof sides. There were a couple of areas of a green algae build-up (looked like a bunch of broccoli on my roof) that needed a little extra attention, which they treated thoroughly. My roof is a little on the larger size and a bit steep, but they covered all of it - even the south-facing side which had much less discoloration. (Others I met with would only do the north side.) They were thorough in their work and cleaned the roof very nicely, including the areas where there was some noticeable algae build-up. Throughout the process, Dwayne demonstrated excellent communication and put me at ease to use his services. The results speak for themselves and I feel Dwayne and company did an excellent job on my home. Using a drone, Dwayne did a nice set of before/after pictures that gave an awesome birds eye view of the roof. His 3-year warranty was another major factor in my decision as I appreciated that he stands behind his work for longer than the others in this business. I would highly recommend Forza to anyone needing roof cleaning.
