Giving a 2 only because they were willing to come back and make up for the bad experience, however I chose to decline. I purchased this as a Groupon and apparently no other options to make up for things.

Horrible communication - they said they would come between 930-1030 but didn't show up until 1130. I asked to be informed when they arrive and leave and never was. I only knew because of my security camera.

Services not delivered - I paid for 3 hours and she left promptly at 2 hours. I assumed that was because there was nothing left to do but we came back with dusty furniture, dirty floors and broken items in our house.

I'll give them credit that the bathroom was clean but there were still certain corners/areas that were clearly not touched. Not working with them again.

never showed up at time that they said they would be here. wanted payment before services where done. ZERO stars!

I've been using EverCleans services for over 5 years now and I am always impressed by their commitment to the customer. The teams are quick and always friendly. They provide great work.

I purchased a Groupon for a cleaning service, after reaching out to them to schedule an appointment they told me I wasn't in their service area. I went back to their website and confirmed that my city is listed within their service area. When I sent them a picture of it showing that my city is in fact in their service area I just got a reply back saying sorry we don't service that area any longer, we can't help you. So now I'm out money and nothing I can do about it. Be careful! Apparently they decide when and where they want to service.

We've been using Everclean for several years, they are wonderful. Such a good value! They are reliable, well priced and do a great job for our recurring cleans.

I hired Everclean after letting two other house cleaners go for different reasons. Today was my first cleaning and I am so pleased with the quality of work done. Ms. Torres was professional and went straight to work upon arrival. She didn't leave until I inspected the rooms to make sure the cleaning met or exceeded my approval. Thank you Everclean!

You get what you pay for! This company is EXTREMELY unreliable. They consistently cancel at the last minute for "emergencies" and never travel when it snows like 1 inch. Also- they were scheduled to clean for 2 hours and always left 30-40minutes early every time- even after I complained. Don't waste your time and money with this company!

Got a Groupon, had a positive experience so I hired them to clean every other week. Quality of work and attention continually went downhill. We asked for some specific things to be paid attention to, and it was better the next service, then went right back to how it was. We've had our garage door left open, a thumbtack left on the floor, a coffee cup and a phone charger left at our house...just a lot of random stuff that showed lack of care. I mean, it is really inexpensive, so it kind of makes sense. But I'm bummed, because at first we had a pretty good experience! Wouldn't recommend them for a continued service, though, unfortunately.

Complete scam. I purchased a Groupon for 3 hours of cleaning services from Everclean, in the hopes of trying and finding a good cleaning service we could use on a regular basis going forward. I reached out to schedule cleaning, only indicating that I had purchased 3 hours of cleaning. 3 hours of cleaning could be one room for all they knew. I did not provide my home address, assuming we would talk through details. They came back and told me that my house would require 12 hours of cleaning at $225/hour, and that they would accept the Groupon as part of the payment. They asked no questions or details about my home or what was needed. I could literally clean my entire house, top to bottom, in a fraction of that time. They are either the slowest and worst cleaners, or just a scam. Don't waste your time.

We had been using Everclean for the last year and a half. At first we had issues with the cleaning service leaving early when we weren't home. Through our Ring we were able to see they were leaving 20 minutes or more before they were supposed to be done. They also told us that they didn't have enough time to clean all of our bathrooms in the allotted time. I was frustrated because they really did if they didn't leave early! Another time we had a set of keys taken by one of the crew. Super strange! She texted apologizing and brought them back the next day, but that is not normal.

Fast forward to a few months ago. In July we just never heard from them for our scheduled service. We had a regular standing day. When I reached out they said somehow we got bumped off the list...ok. Then in August they canceled the morning they were supposed to clean due to "a medical emergency" with the crew. We were understanding and just decided to skip. Then for our September service they cancelled 20 minutes after they were scheduled to show up due to "a medical emergency" with the crew. Same exact text message - not phone call - that I received last month!

If you need a cheap and lazy cleaning crew that only comes when they feel like it, this is the company for you. If you need someone who is reliable and does a great job, look elsewhere!!
