Dunn-Edwards Paints

This store has provided consistently excellent customer service for the 6 or 7 years that I have been going there. The last two days Alyssa has assisted me trying to match a difficult paint color on a fireplace. Her knowledge, professionalism, positive attitude and helpfulness is exceptional. When the first color didn't match my project, she suggested another color and perhaps mixing with the first color if not a match. She was dead on with these suggestions and her help was greatly appreciated. Thank you Alyssa!

Wow! I was so thankful I took the time to stop in and talk to Patrick. I had an issue with a contractor that promised me he was going to be using only Dunn-Edward's paints. Im not a detective but I'm confident my suspicion were confirmed and this contractor pulled a fast one on me. Patrick was respectful and professional. He matched the paint color and never threw anyone under the bus. Me for not double checking the materials as the and the contractor. I was frustrated but he eased my concerns and got me the paint I need. I'll be back for my next house painting project.

So, we were in the market for some primer suitable for adobe brick. Dunn-Edwards is near our house so we decided to check there first. They were very knowledgeable about the products they sell and had just what we needed. Friendly staff, quick in and out. Will visit them again for our painting needs.

As a painter since 6/1975, I've used quite a few paint companies over the years. Recent years I've narrowed it down to two, with 85% of my business going to Dunn-Edwards Paint on Blackstone Ave in Fresno.
Manager Saul Perez is a longtime paint indacquaintance, one I would even call a friend. He has assembled a great crew, Andrew Frum being one of them. Yesterday I needed a color match for cabinets I was repainting. Aristoshield is my go to product for this type of work. Andrew matched the color so well, it cut my labor time I half. Time and time again, this store and this crew has come thru as promised. Andrew even insisted carrying my order out to my vehicle as each employee does for their patrons. Thank you Saul for the leadership I see and the crew - Andrew and company.

I would like to mention the excellent customer service we received from Alyssa, she is very knowledgeable in paint colors. Then when we didn't like the sheen on the tester we called and Andrew explained and helped with choosing what I need. These two employees are very knowledgeable and helpful and appreciate their help.

If you need help picking a color, Alyssa is very knowledgeable and was a big help when I needed to make my color selection. Save yourself a lot of headaches by consulting her first!

It was a little more than an hour before closing time when I took in a sample of paint to be matched. Even though it takes about an hour to figure out the formula I was able to get the paint before closing. I mentioned that it was an hours drive to get to Fresno so Chris made every effort to get the paint finished so that I wouldn't have to make an extra trip to town.
Thank you Chris for your great customer service. And, although I didn't get her name, the girl at the service counter was also very helpful.

My wife called to check availability on a product. The guy asked some questions that did not pertain to the product in question. Begrudgingly and with attitude he checks and responds the product is in stock. Well after driving down from the hills in 108° heat, they indeed did not have any in stock. This lack of consideration by this grubby minion has cost this store a customer for life. Buy local? Not from these guys. Ordered product from Amazon Prime.
