We used this company to clean three indoor area rugs, heavily trafficked and also, some affected with pet urine.
Sam, the technician, called before, to let me know of his ETA.
He was so friendly and helpful, and he honest in his professional opinion.
The process was thorough and actually very quiet!
The rugs look phenomenal!
We will definitely be using this company again!

Sam did a great job cleaning my 2 area rugs and my wall-to-wall carpet of my smaller bedroom. He was early and communicated what the prep and setup would be before cleaning began. He was very professional, courteous and made sure to mop up and wipe the areas around the rugs where there was moisture. I would definitely use these guys again, great service and results!
I liked that they use organic products as well, no strong odors or smells. I was impressed that he did this work alone today, and had 2 more jobs after this. Great to have clean rugs before the new year.

I found Do It Green Carpet Cleaning on Yelp. It was the only one I contacted due to the outstanding ratings. Today, Sam, the technician, arrived at our home within the timeframe scheduled. Immediately he greeted me with a friendly, warm, and professional attitude. He listened attentively to my requests and offered appropriate services. He did not attempt to upsell. He cleaned our living room sofa, two side chairs, and a couple of dinette chairs. Now and then, I'd check how things were progressing. His manner of cleaning was meticulous and methodical, ensuring that he covered each area. He was careful not to put cushions or pillows on the floor. I commented on his level of service, and he responded his goal is to do the best job possible. I appreciated that.

I asked about a cleaning schedule and maintenance in between professional cleaning. Before responding, he asked me several questions about our use of the furniture items and our pets' behaviors related to the furniture. Sam's response to me was based on our specific situation, which was tremendously impressive and a sign of integrity.

I will be contacting this company and requesting Sam on the schedule he suggested. I'm a compulsive cleaner, yet freshly shampooed upholstery is fantastic. No perfumed scent, just clean. Thank you, Sam! Also, a shout-out to Luigi--he's either the owner or manager. He scheduled the visit, and he was also very pleasant and professional.

We chose Do It Green carpet cleaning because of their recent Yelp reviews in regard to cleaning pet-related stains. Our previously-used carpet cleaning service didn't offer the special treatment for pet stains that Do It Green offered (as well as they had left in past cleaning, some other long-term stains that they claimed were not possible to remove). Do it Green cleaned them all thoroughly. For it's age our carpet has never looked better, and so it's the best carpet cleaning service we've ever had. Their service tech arrived timely, was courteous, professional, efficient, and thorough. He came in, assessed our carpet material and the encountered staining, explained their service to me in what was to be used and what to expect, got set up, did the cleaning and left quickly. We won't use anyone else for future carpet cleaning. 100% satisfied!

I fully appreciated the effort that Sam applied to my rugs and upholstery. Everything looks great! An added plus is that the products used were organic.

Sam performed a deep clean of our 8x10' area rug which he had for a couple years. It was natural fibers and woven. After seeing the finished product i was impressed. It looked great. Before it was pretty rough and dull, and after the service it was like new. Sam was professional and knowledgeable about his service. Don't look any further have "do it green carpet cleaning" do the job. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably great job!!!! I can't stop looking at my carpet. It was dirty and had spots that looked permanent on my white carpet. The young man who cleaned them was so nice, personable and did a wonderful job!!!!
