Diablo Jewelers was such a delight today. My husband wanted to get me a Christmas gift and we came in here not exactly knowing what we were looking for. The staff was so helpful in helping us find the most beautiful ring! I tried on many different styles and we finally found one that really spoke to both of us. Beautiful quality jewelry and really wonderful folks. We didn't feel any pressure and felt so welcomed. The process was painless and we had a great time looking at all they had to offer. We will definitely be back in the future!

This jeweller is in downtown Alamo. Great service here from the couple that own this business. We had a question about a custom ring, and they both took a look and gave helpful advice on the best next steps. Really nice presentation of their jewelry in their store also, which was my first time visiting. Would definitely go back- they have lots of nice watches too, and the Shinola brand, which I do not normally see in local stores!

I just wanted to take a minute and say that they were great. I had to get a battery change in 2 of my watches. They made it easy and went above and beyond. Not only did they change the batteries but I am sure they cleaned both watches at no extra charge. The store is clean and the selection of jewelry was vast. I'm sure I'll be returning to purchase my next piece of jewelry. I recommend having a look when your in town.

I can see why the people from my neighborhood on Nextdoor recommended this place so highly! Out of 30 recommendations all throughout the Alamo, Danville, Walnut Creek, and San Ramon area, 6 people recommended this place. We went in there for advice on a custom ring we had made and they couldn't have more friendly and honest. I feel I have found a jeweler I can trust. I know now where we will go next time we are looking to buy or repair jewelry.

I am so happy that I found Diablo Fine Jewelers. While I have worked primarily with David, the other co-owners, Ron and Julie, have been super helpful and friendly. At this point, I have become a walking advertisement for this gem of a jewelry store in Alamo. They are trustworthy, honest, and provide excellent customer service. While they may not be the cheapest, you are paying for quality jewelry at a reasonable price. Recently, I had my wedding ring repaired and they did a beautiful job. They then helped me pick out a new wedding band for my 20th anniversary, which looks terrific with my engagement ring. Lastly, they helped me restyle an eternity ring, which is beyond gorgeous, and helped me design a pendant for a loose stone that I had. I like to support locally-owned small businesses, and I highly recommend Diablo Fine Jewelers.

Ron and team were so kind and attentive throughout the entire process while I shopped! Although I didn't walk away with anything, their service did not waver and I'll be sending my personal Santa back here with my Christmas list of all the EXQUISITE pieces I found!!!

I went into Diablo Fine Jewelers (per the recommendation of a family friend) last August (2016) shortly after getting engaged to get my ring re-sized. That day I met David who couldn't have been nicer, and the best part was my ring was re-sized in about 3 hours! Nothing makes a newly engaged woman happier than not being apart from her new ring for too long!

Fast forward to this spring, my fiance and I ended up going back in to look at wedding bands, where we spoke with Ron. Ron let me try on tons of bands in the store, gave me advice about what would and wouldn't look good with my ring, what styles would end up snagging on clothing, etc. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for in the store, but Ron was going to a jewelry show the next day and took down my cell phone number so he could send me photos of what he found to see if I liked it! He brought in a few rings for me to try on, and I ended up finding the one I loved! He gave me a great price and also advised me on the best way to make the band fit with my engagement ring.

All that being said, I highly recommend Diablo Fine Jewelers to anyone -- we're only 26 but they did not treat us like they didn't care about us or thought we wouldn't spend enough, they didn't up-sell us or anything, and the service truly couldn't be better. As long as I'm in the Bay Area I'll continue to use DFJ as my jeweler!

Diablo Fine Jewelers followed in the footsteps of Mark Kahn Jewelers which has been an institution in Alamo for decades. DFJ is co-owned by Mark's daughter Julie and her associates.

I have purchased jewelry from them, had them rebuild several pieces for me, and sold scrap gold to them as well. They handle everything with expertise and experience. I couldn't be happier!

It is so refreshing to have a local, non-chain, business to take care of my jewelry needs. I feel I get personal, quality service and assistance every time.
