Dental Magic by far, hands down the MOST AMAZING dental office I've been to!

Let me just give my brief reasoning as to why... I haven't been to the dentist in years, I'm talking about about close to 10 years. After having kids, my family became my priority and I put everything else to the side that included taking care of my teeth. Now, 10 years later surprise surprise I started having pain on one of my back teeth and I noticed my gums were swollen around that area and it was difficult and painful to put pressure or bite. So I called to make an appointment at some dental office around my area for an emergency appointment. When I spoke to the receptionist she said since I am not an established patient their next available appointment was 2 months out. I told her I was in a lot of pain and she advised me to my old dental office and I told her that I haven't been to the dentist in years and I moved. I hung up and moved forward to finding an office that would help me and ta daaaaa Dental Magic was that office! They were able to get me in the next day! The staff are the sweetest and very through about explaining everything that they are doing or going to do. Nadia, who is the first person you see as you walk in is so warm and welcoming. Last but not least... the doctor, Dr. Bartolome is PHENOMENAL! Super friendly, very gentle, extremely through, professional. The list can go on and on.
I have found my new permanent dental office! I drive 30 minutes to go see them and this office is worth it!!

I recently became a patient of Dr Bartolome again after not seeing a dentist since 2018, needless to say I was a little anxious about my exam and cleaning and over all condition of my mouth. Dr Bartolome and her staff (all women staff which I LOVE) were so friendly and welcoming, constantly checking my comfort level and anxiety during the exam and cleaning. It was during Halloween time to and Dr Bartolome actually gave me cute little cat ears to wear for fun! Her and her staff make being there an enjoyable experience, that means everything to someone like me with a previous fear of the dentist. I also want to highlight that I don't have dental insurance and their out of pocket prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I have an upcoming whitening and crown appointment and I'm genuinely looking forward to it. PS. Sherry the front desk/treatment coordinator is AMAZING!

Took my son here for a cosmetic procedure. The staff were great, very warm and welcoming. My son is usually afraid of the dentist office but he wasn't here. He actually asked to go back. they were so great at keeping him relaxed and comfortable that he didn't need any anesthesia at all. Great experience and will definitely try to make this his primary dentist!

Best experience ever had with any dental professional I've ever had. The office is incredibly warm, and I am so impressed by my experience.

I have experienced two teeth next to each other breaking and having to be replaced. The care at Dental Magic has been superb. The doctor and dental assistants really know what they're doing, and take the time to walk you through their procedures.
Monday, I went in to get impressions where my new teeth would be set. They are using the latest digital technology to assure that the new implants are set correctly. They didn't have to use the old process of shoving wax impressions in my mouth!! Wonderful. Fast and extremely accurate.
Looking forward to my new implants in 3weeks.

One of my biggest fears is the dentist. Because of this I was referred to
Dr. Bartolome by a patient of hers. Dr. Bartolome and staff are outstanding, caring and the best! They were extremely understanding of my dental fears/anxiety and helped me every step of the way through my dental procedures. Dr, Bartolome truly cares and takes the time to understand her patient's needs. The staff is very warm and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Bartolome to one and all, especially if you have anxiety or fears of dental procedures. Thank you for the best dental experience I have ever had Dr. Bartolome!.

I came in with a broken smile. (Discolored , unsymmetrical teeth and big gummy smile.)
All i knew was I wanted new teeth.

The good doctor and her team quickly scheduled appointments to assess and measure me for my 10 crowns.

All my questions were answered clearly.
Billing was also crystal clear.
I felt empowered and respected as a patient.

Going through this transformation, my anxieties of fear, pain, and self shame all disappeared because of this wonderful staff. I never knew how much I needed the doctor and her team!

Wish I can give this office 10 stars! If your looking to have a complete new smile or even just for a regular check up look no further. Dr. Bartolome and her team are amazing and very comforting. They make me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. I want to thank Dr Bartolome and Julie for my beautiful smile and making sure my crowns was perfect and finish before my wedding day. My new smile gave me confidence that I was missing and I'm glad I found Dr Bartolome office.

Searched many cosmetic dentists before choosing Dr. Bartolome. The entire staff was patient and worked with me while I decided on whether to have work done on 1 vs 6 teeth. They went the extra mile to make sure it was perfect, even had me visit the dental lab to ensure color match was perfect. Though it was a long process overall, it was well worth it and I am very happy with the result! I also had my teeth cleaned there a couple of times and it was a very pleasant experience! Would recommend!

This review is long overdue, and Dr. Bartolome is the best! I have been coming to this office for years. One of my front teeth had a crown on it (car accident that knocked out my front tooth) that was done by another dentist long ago, and that crown chipped. My insurance wouldn't cover a new crown, so Dr. Bartolome who is an artist, was able to temporarily repair the chip. Then a couple of years later it chipped again in another place. Insurance again refused coverage, so Dr. Bartolome fixed it again. At this point, my front tooth was kind of like a patchwork quilt. But you couldn't tell that there was anything wrong because she matched the color, and the chips were undetectable each time.

Fast forward another couple of years and it chipped, again. This time, insurance said they would cover it. A temporary was crafted that looked great and I went to the dental lab they use for a color match. I also decided to replace the old veneer on my other front tooth. I am very happy with the result. I appreciate Dr. Bartolome and her staff being patient with me while the tooth chipped repeatedly and insurance wouldn't initially cover it.

This is a great practice. Dr. Bartolome excels at her profession and is hilarious. The staff is fantastic, Sheri, Laurie, Julie and Mary are the best. Love them!
