0 stars. They are a fraudulent dentistry. They will charge your insurance company for services you didn't receive and then make you pay the out of pocket cost after your appointment. The office manager is rude and actually hung up on my insurance company. They have been reported to the Indiana board of health for their fraudulent practices.

I went there on Monday for a dental emergency. I was told my treatment plan was going to cost over $10,000 that had to be paid up front. Then I decided to get a second opinion because that's a lot of money, and I was in too much pain to wait for me to have $10,000. There is no follow up in this office. Someone said they would call me the following day, no one did. So, I decided to get a second opinion. I asked for my x ray, they said they would send me a text. Never got it. Waited till the next day, still nothing. Called and they said they would send an email. Nothing. Called two hours later and "she" is already gone for the day. I told them I had an appointment today. And MELISSA hung up on me. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
