Deniece D.San Francisco, CA02Jun 16, 2023THE WORST CLEANING GROUP!!!! This group overpromises and underdelivers. One of the worst cleaning companies I have ever worked with as I had to reclean everything they were supposed to do. They overcharged, for their services and abilities to do a job correctly, stating they sent the best of the best. I specifically asked if I need to supply the cleaning supplies. I was told no that was included and when I decided not to have them return they overcharged me for supplies bought at Target. I would never recommend this group. The amount they charge for their services is robbery.

Ethan W.Nobleboro, ME221May 22, 2020First to ReviewDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND DON'T SHOW UP (NOR DO THEY CALL).
I scheduled an appointment for last Friday about 6 weeks ago. I made arrangements to be home at 8:30 when the Clean Up Group was to arrive. At 9:00, and no sign of their team had come and gone . . . I called Jen, my contact, and she said they weren't coming out because of rain (no rain was in the forecast more did it ever rain that day). She apologized for not calling and reschedule for the following Friday.
So today I again made arrangements to be home, and once again 8:30 came and went . . . no Clean Up Group. I called Jen and this time she said she was under staffed and forgot to call me.
She basically said "we're quite busy and don't know when we can get to you". Sigh.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
