Classic Spa Service

Mike was great. I saw an F1 Flow Error on my 3 year old jacuzzi and the usual tricks didn't work to fix it. He diagnosed the issue over the phone, had the part in his truck and came out the next day to replace it. Also very helpful with some basic maintenance tips (leave top open for 15 minutes after adding chemicals, no need to replace filters more than every 3 years, use less chlorine!).

Outstanding service. Michael P. the service technician was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable. The spa was in terrible condition and in just over an hour it was sparkling and running beautifully. Highly recommend.

They took the time to explain everything to me and how to maintain my spa. Didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Reliable and prompt. Would recommend them.

We have NOT used Classic Spa's services, and they did try to help us with more information.

However, Classic Spa recommended us a total scam artist to us as a pool repair professional. He ripped us off for $5500, providing only very partial repair (using painted, used material! ) and leaving many things undone. Be aware of "Schafer Pools" or "Shawn Schafer", who may sound knowledgeable and nice but is nothing but a total scam. We know several people who have had the same experience as us and we believe there are more. This disgusting predator is still out there, ready to deceive more people.

We have been working with Mike Durrand since we found him online in 2019. We owned a very old hot tub, which he was able to help us keep running. However, when it became apparent that it was "dying", he was very honest with us as opposed to continuing to drive up costs through repairs. At that point, he recommended that we shop for a new one and advised us
re: brands that he had experience with. He never charged us for this consultation time and was always available for questions. After our new hot tub was delivered, he did the installation and training on use and maintenance and continues to be available for questions.

I have been in the market for a new spa person and Michael is amazing!! The other company I used were horrible. They came out drained, cleaned and filled the spa. He explained everything that was being done (and what had not been done before). He also helped me order a new cover. He was so professional, kind and even called that he was running a couple minutes late., WOW!! They will now be doing my monthly service and anything else I need. Mike from Classic Spa Service was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my spa panel problem by phone, so when he arrived, he already has the correct parts in his truck. He fixed my spa, it works perfectly now, and I feel I was not overcharged. I highly recommend Mike and Classic Spa Service. I hope I won't need them again, but if I do, I will definitely ask for Mike.

My first spa cover had hung in there many years and it was truly a beater and thank you to this company and their expertise for installing this new cover that is absolutely outstanding in every way of use and looks! Highly recommend this company!

This business is definitely worth every penny. They came out to drain and clean my spa. The Tech's name is Benjamin so kind & efficient got the tub drained, cleaned, filled back up put proper amount of chlorine in. Cleaned the spa cover all completed in about 1 hour.
I highly recommend this company for all spa needs.
