Citadel Dental Group

The Dentist is very good. She is very caring. She always makes sure you are good and she remembers your concerns while she is working on you. She always makes you feel cared for and puts you at ease. All of the staff in the front office and the assistants helping the dentist are always very sweet and caring. I have never had a bad experience with anyone here. I highly recommend going here especially if you're afraid of going to the dentist. They will take great care of you.

I needed an emergency appt and they were able to see me the same day. I expressed feelings of nervousness and anxiety, and the entire staff made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of! Definitely recommend

Of all the dentist I've gone to, Citadel Dental is my favorite. Staff is polite and professional. They've always been flexible, understanding and accommodating when I've needed. They've always put me at ease when I've been nervous about getting work done and have throughly answered any questions I have. Dr. Koutchek is awesome! She's friendly and so knowledgeable. I've recommended Citadel Dental to at least 4 people and they're all pleased patients!

I absolutely recommend having your dental services taken care of at the Citadel Dental Group! I have had several procedures done at this establishment for many years and I am proud to say that not only do they take care of you, but they also ensure that they are looking out for your best interest both health and cost wise. The team there is always very nice greeting you with a smile and always escort you to your dental practitioner. Even after having my health insurance plan switched, I made it a point to ensure that I am able to utilize their services in the new plan as I did not want to switch to any other dental group. Thank you Citadel Dental Group for being nothing short of amazing and efficient in everything you do!

After being a longtime patient here I am heartbroken to have to find a new dental practice. The dentists here are great, a husband and wife team. The support staff, Jennifer, Jemma and Jason are outstanding. Unfortuneatly, like several of the reviews here, my issue is with the office manager, Alma. I've had a long standing issue with her method of billing and payment collection. I have always found her demeanor to be pushy and bordering on the unethical by over billing. They say change is good so I.m hoping for a better experience with my new dental practice. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am so disappointed on how much Citadel Dental Group hikes up their prices. The dentist kept telling me that after COVID their prices went up. I want to know why you want me to pay out of pocket $3800? I went for a second opinion to another dental office who states my out of pocket is $1600. Citadel Dental Group this is highway robbery. SHAME ON YOU.

I haven't been to dentist for a while because of Covid, but it was time to go. I always went to the Pasadena offices, but since Dr Kouchek only works out of the Citadel office I'm going to Citadel now. I loved everybody at Citadel Dental. They are so nice and their work is amazing! Alma is so professional, she is very prepared. She goes over and above what most offices do. She calls your insurance and get your benefits in advance. Then she explained how my insurance covered the services. I love this office. I knew dr Koutchek would have a great staff, but I didn't expect such nice professional people. Love loved my experience. I don't mind it's more drive than the Pasadena offices, but hope Dr K start working in Pasadena offices again . 5 stars not enough for Citadel Dental. I would give them 10.

I want to start by saying that I know I needed a lot of work done. It had been years since I had seen a dentist. I went against my better judgment and came to this office and was quoted $5k in work. Originally it cost over $10k but my insurance took the cost down. The dentist's assistant swore that I was getting the best level of care for the best cost.... I am 23 and do not even have 5k in possessions... I asked if I could split the work up for financial reasons and the assistant said it wasn't a good idea. She then says, "why don't you ask your mom for the money?" Well first off, the normal person doesn't have that much money lying around. Secondly, I thought that "solution" was not a solution at all. It was invasive as fuck. Anyway, 1 week later I went to my primary dentist and was quoted $1k. When I went to my primary dentist he laughed at the itemized bill that i got from Citadel Dental Group. Half of the stuff that this dentist wanted to do wasn't even necessary!!!!! I have since had the work finished by my primary dentist and feel much better about my choice.


Do not come here. They are money grubby. They saw my insurance and decided to have a fucking field day. I will NEVER be back. Like never. Please save yourself. Do not come here.

I have never left a review on Yelp, but this place definitely deserves it. So back story, I have not been to the dentist in about 5 years or so. I had a horrible experience and did not want to go back. I finally decided it was time to give it a try again so I researched and found Citadel Dental was covered by my insurance so I gave them a try. I am so glad that I did! The staff is amazing, so nice, and extremely patient! Alma, the office manager is so warm and welcoming. Rosie, the dental assistant was extremely sweet and patient with me as she took my xrays. The dentist explained everything thoroughly and showed me my X-rays to help me understand what we needed to do. She was so gentle with numbing my gums that I didn't even feel it! This will be my dentists office for life!!
