Chick-fil-A

This Chick-fil-A is great, especially if you have children as they have a play area in the back of the restaurant and it is a hit if you have kids under 10 I'd say.

The chicken is always great here and I prefer the honey mustard sauce over most others, but everyone seems to love the Chick-fil-A sauce.

Chick fil A really doesn't need to be reviewed. The food is consistently good and the draft is consistently friendly. Top tier for fast food. The reason I give 3 stars is because of the crowds and cost. Last time we went, my wife and I got meal deals and our daughter got a kids meal. We also got 2 milkshakes. The total was over $40. It's good food but not that good. All the best to the but we will be going much less frequently. But hey, maybe the astronomical prices will get the crowds down. You never know.

I never really write a review unless the service has just been horrid. I have supported this business since they opened. It has gone downhill terribly. They rarely get my order right. Always weird excuses for why they don't. All my items are never in the bag. So disappointing. I've spoken with the manager more than I care to. They talk more to each other in that window than they do the customer. Since the founder of Chick-fil-A died, all ethical and moral practices have died with him. Airport road location is no better. Tunnel road best location for great food, correct orders and friendly service.

This chick fil a never disappoints! We have started driving from Hendersonville to this location because the food is always fresh and the employees are very competent. There is no waiting while employees walk from car to car delivering orders and we have never had to wait longer than a few minutes.

Food is good. Crew are very pleasant. Very efficient and the drive thru is quick. Nice set up inside.

I have only gotten their chicken sandwich a few times, but for whatever reason, the bun it's on is always and I do mean always stale!
I don't know why that is and maybe none of the other customers mind the stale bread .
But it was my last time of buying it
I don't know, guess they have to cut corners where they can since they pay their employees well compared to other places.

Breakfast biscuits crumbled while picking it up. Hardly any bacon . Not well worth excited.

This place doesn't do fresh no more.

Always good food and staff goes above and beyond to help everytime. Love the mobile app where you can order ahead and customize your meal. Usually a wait here but always worth it.

TOO BUSY- CHECK YOUR ORDER
The food is great but we have had nothing but bad luck when placing to go orders.
Four of the last five orders were either wrong ,not complete, or some other issue.
They are more than happy to correct these issues
when pointed out but this is annoying especially when you are already home. Maybe it's just our luck.
