Great coffee shop. Customer service was great, the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and even gave me a sample to try. And I must say the shop offers a great selection of variety for all your coffee needs !

Stepping into this clean, organized, well-stocked, sunny store is as close to visiting a supermarket in Italy as you can get in the BX. The products on the shelves, from pasta to olives, honey to cleaning supplies, are the items on the shelves overseas. The owners and staff are authentic, curating their inventory to cater to customers still connected to Italy. We visit monthly but have been told they have robust demand for shipping. Have also heard they offer espresso machine service and advice.
Expect a well-meaning level of confusion and chaos, just as you'll find all over Italy; it's just their way. But you'll definitely leave with real deal purchases and some unexpected delicacies. They'll even share a recipe or tips if you ask. Enjoy!

Overpriced products. Employees act like they are special. I asked for a bag of coffee, I drove an hour home and saw they sold me espresso. I dont drink espresso. I just threw it in the garbage instead of dealing with these idiots again.

We have never been to Cerini in person but over the past year we have ordered from them twice. They are so very easy to work with. We have purchased lots of imported herbs and chocolate from Italy. They cost a tad bit more than herbs in the grocery store but the quality is far superior and the flavor is unbeatable. The limoncello hard candy and the dark chocolates filled with limoncello are awesome.

Highly recommend ordering online from Cerini. Will definitely order again...just waiting for some Out of Stock items to return. Their stock turns over quickly which only ensure freshness.

Walking into here is basically a mini Italian home goods with all the good coffee finds and gifts for weddings and all kinds of things. They take care of your bomboniere needs and have a huge assortment of coffee available. Loose beans and packaged coffee of all kinds.

If you think you know coffee and coffee machines you really don't. You might have your little moka pot and nespresso machine (this is basically coffee for dummies lol - its what I have). After walking into the coffee machine heaven I realized how much I don't know of anything. They have industrial type (for the home) coffee machines that will make you the most perfect, creamy, espresso. They also repair the machines and sell all their replacements (for the most part.) Giovanna was very helpful in helping us find a brand new rubber for a friends older manual coffee machine. She was hilarious and so kind! This place is loaded with Italians and I felt right at home.

I'm definitely going to be coming back here for when I'm ready to get my profesh coffee machine and I can't wait!

They don't sell coffee by the cup but I'm sure if you ask one of the owners they will hook it up. What's an Italian without espresso anyway?

This store is really wonderful. The people are so friendly and the selection is fabulous. I go often to find coffee pods for one of our 3 espresso machines. I also have had occasion to have Johnny fix my favorite of the 3 - the Lavazza Espresso Point. It's a temperamental machine and when he fixes one thing, another might fail. He's so persistent and will keep at it until it's back to perfect working order. His pricing is very fair and bringing the machine gives me an excuse to browse the wonderful store and the old neighborhood.

Been going here for years. They have kept up with the times and offer incredible online ordering. And now that Borgatti's is figuring out how to mail order raviolis I may never be back to Arthur Ave again, which is a shame because the Cerini store is incredible. Johnny has made coffee his life and it shows. They service machines, have the best beans, and even have a cat prancing around the place.

I will always stop in and shop when I'm in the area, not just for the coffee but for all the specialties and interesting Italian gift items.

I always try different stuff, but my go to is consistently the caffè Vicere. I think I need to try the moka bar next. I'm a big fan of the crema.

From the ladies chatting away in Italian to the gourmet specialty imports to the cats lazily sleeping on top of boxes of espresso machines, this shop feels more like a place you'd find in a small upscale Italian city rather than New York. Staff were wearing masks properly!

Wheelchair access: no steps from the street, some aisles too narrow

Fantastic store! My parents have a Lavazza Espresso Point machine that they love, and finding the decaf cartridges for them has been difficult/impossible. This wonderful store had options available by non-Lavazza companies that make cartridges compatible with that machine. I was ecstatic! Plus they carry the most amazing selection of imported Italian items, like delicious squid-ink pasta. I am beyond excited to have discovered this wonderful store!
