They make amazing espresso and me and my fiancé both got their breakfast burritos and I would highly recommend them!
We will definitely be back, the staff is great and there is good parking located right off the road.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

After continuous harassment from the owner I'm trying to post again. Maybe I will use a different tone.... if you love your child's drink scolding hot, baristas who treat you like dirt and your drink made incorrectly by all means come here. A special thank you to Tim the owner for making me scared to use my yelp app!
In addition: Please Tim leave me alone Yelp is not for business owners to attack people when they don't get the reviews that want. It's for people to share experiences with one another so they know where to go and where to not go. It is clear to me you are harassing me to make me to remove my review. I'm sorry I will not be doing that. I hope next time you have an unhappy customer you have a different approach.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kassy O.Spokane, WA984019Mar 8, 2016
I would like to add, read the owners review to customer's who were not 5 star pleased, he calls us liars to our experience.
Your ad said "offering vegan organic and natural dishes." But no one behind the counter was knowledgeable on that is actually vegan. I quote " our gluten free bread is vegan and egg free." I asked to read the packaging and surprise surprise it has eggs. The lady also said the wrap was vegan but it had animal enzymes in it. When a place say's they offer vegan options, most vegans don't expect just salads. Our coffee was also cold.
We will never go here again. I recomend other vegans stear clear as well. Either change your ad to reflect your lack of options or change your store to include more items for people. Thanks for giving me my money back after complaining. Also thank you for charging me almost 10 dollars for a red bull, a cold cup of coffee and a soda.
Didn't realized you had posted below. So since I can't reply, I'll just edit this and screen shot our conversation and post them in the pictures, so people can see who you're publicly compaired to privately. Also if you try to change what you wrote below, wont matter because I screed shot that too.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

To start a rebuttal to your review let me say first that I am truly sorry that the advertisement you found said we had vegan options. We do not offer special options for vegans but we are happy to customize dishes to suit your needs.
The advertisement in the picture you shared is one out of 20+ ads we run, it was placed several years ago and unfortunately we did not catch the word vegan in the final ad, but there is no real excuse and we would like to offer sincere apologies.
I would also like to apologize on behalf of the employee who was misinformed on our gluten free bread being egg free as well. We have recently switched breads and the one we used to use was egg free while the new one is not. Again, no excuse. She was misinformed and I apologize for her being so.
Regarding the rest of your review, while I'm sorry your coffee was cold that unfortunately is what happens when someone orders drip coffee from the pot then loads it with cold coconut milk. What you failed to mention is the employees were happy to steam it for you using the espresso machine steam wand instead of just microwaving it like you asked, going the extra mile to make up for the unfortunate misunderstanding over the bread.
As for charging you "10 dollars for a cold cup of coffee, a red bull and a soda" to clarify it was $1.95 for the coffee, $2.50 for a premium natural soda and $2.95 for a Red Bull which ads up to $7.40. So not quite $10 but what you ALSO failed to mention is that the employee that helped you at the counter was so frazzled and frustrated by the whole situation that she not only refunded you in cash for the sandwich and salad purchase but also accidentally refunded your credit card. So the refund you received was $14.26 in cash and $14.26 back on to your credit card. So, while your entire total was $21.65 she ended up refunding you $28.52.
Essentially you were paid for your bad experience.
I understand if you're a little fuzzy on the details though seeing as how my employees only ever interacted with a young man named Wesley and didn't have any actual interaction with you. Maybe because you weren't actually the one dealing with the employees you're not clear on how utterly apologetic and sincerely sorry the staff was for your bad experience. They tried to bend over backwards to help you and accommodate your dietary needs (as they would with any of our fine customers) but that seems to mean very little to you from reading your review.
It's a shame that after many apologies and giving you TWICE your money back you still decided it was worth it to slam us on Yelp. I guess you really can't please everyone.
Thank you Kassy---your review is our 1st One Star review that we have received in 8 years and over 80 reviews across Google, Trip Advisor & Yelp.

Passed through Sandpoint while on route to Spokane. We decided to have lunch here after reading some glowing reviews on Yelp.
The roasted turkey dill havarti with mango chutney is one of the most delicious sandwich we've ever had! Too bad we live in Vancouver BC, because this is the kind of place we would visit regularly for as long as possible :)Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Veronica W.Rialto, CA11910Oct 28, 2017
Prompt service on a quiet Saturday morning in the fall. Delicious coffee, lovely breakfast crepe with ham and Swiss cheese. You can't beat the view and scenery.

Great place to grab a delicious breakfast and enjoy the morning sunshine in a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito which is a tasty mix of egg, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and tomatoes wrapped in a crispy tortilla that is well worth the price. For a smaller appetite I would recommend the breakfast crepe which consisted of egg, cheese, scallions, and mushrooms.
They also provide plenty of caffeine options to help you get your fix and relax. Whether it's a special caffeinated concoction or a simple drip coffee with different roast options that are perfectly brewed to not require cream or sugar, they do it well.
I'm definitely glad that we found this place for a delightful breakfast instead of the burnt coffee and microwaved breakfast sandwich that we would have gotten at that chain coffee shop in town.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Stopped in here for breakfast. I had the breakfast burrito, my wife had an egg sandwich. Our food and Iced teas were yummy. Staff was friendly. Order at the counter and they bring it out to your tables. A very comfortable, casual breakfast spot with just the right sized servings.
T-shirt shop next door made it easy to bring home a souvenir.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This would be five star if the breakfast burrito wasn't overkill. Super cool environment, with great service, albeit slow delivery. I just couldn't be excited about such an expensive dish that came out so disappointing.
With that being said, I imagine it's just that specific recipe, and everything else might be wonderful. I hope.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Elijah M.Snohomish, WA2028Nov 20, 2018
