Cafe Brazil USA

Whenever we can't decide what to have for lunch, we head up to Cafe Brazil. It's buffet style with a variety of foods everyday. On the hot food side, there is usually a chicken dish such as grilled drumsticks or breaded cutlet, a pork dish such as spareribs or pork chops and a beef, such as stew or short ribs. To complement the meat are rice & beans, fried yucca, grilled or stewed veggies and sometimes a pasta dish. On the right side are also cold salad items if you're not into meat sweats. Just load up your aluminum pan and bring it up to the register to pay $6.99/lb. Or get a regular plate to sit and eat in the dining room while watching a futbol game on one of the 3 big flatscreen TV's.

If you're feeling extra hungry, try out their churrasco BBQ meats for $12.99/lb. They'll usually have top sirloin, prime rib, chicken legs, portuguese sausage or even chicken hearts spinning on the rotisseries. Ask for a sample. When you're done and haven't passed out in a meat coma yet, try some of their desserts. I'm partial to the wiggliness of the flan myself.

I just had a coffee there, but it was a cozy place. They have some sweets, too. People were nice and I want to visit again .
