Burger King

Horrible Service. Been there numerous time over the years and the latest was 01/09/2024. Went thru Drive-Thru and the Girl could not tell me the difference between Whopper and Ultimate Whopper and Texas Whopper. Asked for Half & Half Tea (Half Sweet / Half UnSweet) and did not understand. It is not rocket Science here people! Pulled forward and gave her money and asked me to pull forward as she was too worried about me affecting her "Window Time". Apparently Window Cashiers are are on a timer and it looked bad that it took too long.
Pulled forward and after 10+ minutes I went inside and found out she rang up my order wrong and rang me up for a Crispy Chicken. Manager even told her she did it wrong and all this little girl wanted to do was argue with me and her manager. She needs to be FIRED!!!
SHE WAS RUDE, TALKED BACK TO NOT ONLY ME BUT HER MANAGER and it still took an additional 5+ minutes to get my food. BK 6105, Order #2, Transaction: 20061-82021-29109-041517
I cannot remember a time when I didn't have an issue at this location!
I will not be back and I encourage others to drive a little further for their other location.

The store on Hwy. 82 and Hwy. 43 in Northport does not receive online orders. Their service and food quality are good but one cannot order online. That's it.

As a retired Burger King manager with over 40 years experience, I wouldn't eat in a Tuscaloosa Alabama Burger King for free. I was in one of their restaurants for less than 15 minutes and their lack of focus on food safety is enough for me to never eat at a Burger King owned and operated by gps hospitality.

I mean, it's a fast food restaurant, in the south. Cant have high hopes anyways, but this restaurant is full disrespectful, unwilling to work, incompetent people.

Visit was trash. We had to fight to get the food we asked for, and at the end of it, three it all away because I am positive our food was likely disrespected in the back.

We pulled up and all employees were outside smoking. Get to the drive through and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, AND wait. Finally, the entire order went off without a hitch. I real difficult order too. 3 coffees 2 large and 1 medium and a breakfast sandwich. Jeez, you'd think I asked for Julian Assange's whereabouts. Every. Single. Bit. Was. Wrong. Tried to get it fixed but that's what he rung up. Wrong stuff. I told him that we wanted our original order, and this clown said that is what you ordered. How the hell you gonna tell me what I ordered? As if I wasnt there when I ordered it?

Yep, this whole location deserves $15/hr for their quality food preparing and customer service skills.

Just went through the drive through. Ordered an Impossible Burger without mayo. Got on the road and took one bite. Definitely NOT an Impossible Burger. Very disappointed.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If I could give them zero starts I would! I ordered my food and the lady working the drive thru was extremely rude. A few hours after getting home and eating our food my boyfriend and I began to feel sick on the stomach and both threw up throughout the night!

most incompetent personnel , which starts with management, piss poor, ordered online for pick up drove 15 miles one way, get there and no order, nobody knows anything about my order, claim system does not show an order. I get a receipt e-mailed to me showing payment, order number, charge to my credit card, and my complete order, not the first time dealing with this location but the last

This Burger King is the best in town! The ladies there are so kind and helpful! I am blind and I needed a break menu they were more than happy to assist! They even wiped my mouth because I couldn't see.

Please note that this review is for THIS specific BK location. The kindest words I can muster for this location would include: YUCK, GROSS, NASTY, RUDE, CARELESS, BAD ATTITUDE, NASTY, GROSS, YUCK!!!
I love me a whopper now and then, I travel a LOT and have eaten at a lot of BK locations, this one is just plain ol disgusting
