Burger King

Came in to lobby no one working counter. Stood around guy in back looked at us and we asked if anyone was taking orders. He just looked all confused and dud nothing. Then a girl comes walking out from the dinner area and says oh sorry and then goes to drive up and continues to take orders there and nobody helped us.

Worst Burger King ever stay away.

This is probably the worst Burger King I've been to. Very rude service at the drive through. They just kinda bark your total at you and then mean mug you as they hand you your food.

I've been to a lot of burger kings. Usually they're okay but the last time I ate at this one, I started to realize I probably shouldn't be eating fast food anymore.

The quality of their food has tanked and the prices are ridiculous now.

I seriously question whether what I was eating was meat at all. It had a strong taste of chemicals and a very odd texture.

BK's fries are garbage no matter where you go but they are especially bad here.

It's a shame because BK was one of the better fast food chains back in the day. But this particular location is horrendous.

Wish I could give this place a zero star drive-through employee argue with me about what I ordered. I ordered a whopper Junior they charged me for a double whopper, and I explained to him that it was a whopper Junior, but he kept arguing with me never ever come back to this place.

Ok so weirdest thing happen which never happened at any establishment ive went to. In the drive thru ordered a meal and the employee told me to wait at the intercom then he came back 4 mins later and said you can come to the window. I get to the window and get a goofy looking person take my card. Im like this is the most sketchy sh!t!!! So I get my food and hash browns cold and the sandwich was luke warm. I should've did my research this place look like a whole bunch of weird things goes on. I don't recommend.

Placed a mobile order 10-15 before close. We live literally around the corner so we were over about 2 minutes after order was placed. I get to the speaker and the woman goes "we closed" in a snotty attitude. This is still about 10 minutes from posted closing time. Why have your hours posted open until 1 if you're not actually open until 1. I'm a manager in food service as well and I wouldn't pull this crap. Very poor on management and owners to allow this.

Waited for someone to take my order no one ever came or tried to take my order, drove around to cashier she was in mid conversation turned around and said rudely that she won't take my order at the window, I asked if flavors of shakes they were serving was told "I don't got time for this sh!t. This place goes up and down but mostly down.

If you can't be open for lobby close up shop. No one wants to feed a family of 4 in the dang car.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting to be there for 30 minutes waiting for my Impossible Burgers, but they we were outta there in 5 minutes, and the burgers were great.

I've had several Impossible's from Burger King, and this was one of the best ... they have the recipe right here.

Burger King on East wash is always on point it's one of the best locations in Madison fast friendly service. The food is always hot and good would recommend this location to her friend
