The team at Buckmeister is great to work with. They are quick to respond to any special requests and fast to implement account changes. Aside from the fantastic customer service from Carl, the account manager and Levy, we love our new Ricoh printer with all the bells and whistles we so needed.

These guys are the best. They take care of our office for all our needs. I wouldn't work with anyone else in Sacramento. They're quick to respond to any issues that pop up and always have an answer. They don't just sell you products and bail like some other shadow office solutions in the area do once they get a sale. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Phil Frost is a rockstar. He is always willing to help, knowledgeable and a great resource. When we were shopping for a company to work with, he did what we asked. Most did not. I would highly recommend Phil and the team at Buckmaster.

This review if long overdue. My office copier finally bit the dust after 15+ years. Even though the model was out of production, I was going to order a refurbished one off the internet. My only hesitation was that the ink cartridges were terribly expensive and I was afraid I would have problems finding parts if I needed them. I Googled "office copy machines" and a couple web sites came up. I filled out the "contact me" forms just for the heck of it. Buckmaster called me back just as I was getting ready to order the same copy machine I had before. I am SO GLAD I talked to them! They set me up with a much better machine! Their copy/fax machine was a bit more expensive than the one I was going to buy but it has features that my old machine did not and the toner lasts 5x's as long. Also the toner replacement is 1/4 of the price. I have had the new copier for almost two years now and it works great. I would not hesitate to work with Buckmaster again.
