Blown away by Bruce's Flowers. I needed to send some flowers to a loved one at Norwalk Hospital and I decided to go with Bruce's. I placed an order online and the next day, first thing in the morning, fresh flowers were delivered without a problem to my loved one's room. The flowers looked even better in person, so fresh and beautifully arranged.

Could have been 90% better at the customer service issue...especially in this industry!
A girl that I finally spoke to (by phone) was not at all willing to give a positive customer service experience. I felt that she actually wanted me to go elsewhere to buy a floral bouquet. She almost got to the point where she wanted to hang up.
Highly odd.

So I went in two days before Christmas to get something green and decorative for my daughters hotel room and found a 20" boxwood topiary shaped like a tree with two red cardinals, bows and faux fruit on it. It was $100. Noticed it was dry at the bottom and asked when it was made and was told "about a week ago" so I asked for discount. They said I could have it for $85- as I was in a rush I took it. Sales girl took it in back to water and wrap and I took it to my daughter. Next day I had a chance to look and found they had REMOVED THE TWO RED CARDINALS and some of the faux fruit when they wrapped it!! In addition it smelled rotten like when you have flowers in a vase for too long.

Our granddaughter and her husband celebrated their first wedding anniversary on June 5th in Buffalo, NY. I arranged to have an arrangement of pink roses delivered to them when I knew they would be home. She contacted me to thank us and said the flowers were beautiful. I have used Bruce's Flowers in Norwalk for several years and have always been happy with the quality of their flowers and their service. Thank you Bruce's!

Call in Order, the gal on the other end was very thorough and friendly. I live10 hours away, and wanted to buy from a local florist. The flowers arrived on time, and were arranged even nicer than the photo on line showed. Just lovely! Highly recommend this florist

I spoke to Lana at Bruce's about my disappointment with the December 2020 order I placed for my grandmother. She assured me that this new order would be exactly as requested and it was. They were delivered today and look stunning. I'm so glad I gave them another chance. My grandmother's birthday is more beautiful because of Bruce's.

The arrangement was beautiful. So, I called this week to order a similar sized arrangement for Christmas since I couldn't travel due to covid. I called Bruce's and asked if they could do a similar arrangement using roses, lilies and astromeria in bright colors. The woman on the phone confirmed that they had those flowers in stock and would do a similar sized arrangement and the price was the same. There wouldn't be substitutions because she confirmed they had the flowers. I was so disappointed to receive this photo from my grandmother's neighbor of what arrived today. They put daisies and carnations in the arrangement, which I did not want, and it isn't nearly as full. It is so frustrating to know that they ignored my request. Their October arrangement was 5 stars. This one was one star. I'm really bummed. I called 2 days in a row and left a message with their phone person asking for a call back. The last time I called I said I would leave a yelp review because they were not responsive. Terrible customer service.

For years I always ordered flowers from one of the major flower websites. It was easy enough, I would occasionally get free shipping or discount codes. I'm April I sent my best friend who was going through a really rough time which happened to fall on her birthday a huge arrangement. She lives in a high rise so 24/7 front desk concierge. I got confirmation they were delivered and eagerly waited for her to get home. No text, next day no mention of it and awkward conversation. I call the front desk inquiring about the delivery and there was no record of its arrival. So I call the well know website and they contact the florist, it was never delivered. This resulted in a huge blowout as she thought I forgot her birthday. Upon researching the 3rd party online ordering much like food delivery, florists really get screwed with the profits they receive.
Last week I discovered I missed my grandmas birthday by 2 days. I do a google search in her area and Bruce's was top rated. Beautiful arrangement at a reasonable price. Ordered on their website and to my surprise it was delivered as soon as they opened!! Ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday and they were stunning! They listened to my "likes" as far as color/size/etc.......and produced a beautiful arrangement!! We will consider for a future wedding...thank you!!
