      This is not an "RV resort." It's a trailer park. 99% of people here are permanent residents. If you're camping or RV'ing, this place is not for you. The residents are extremely rude, entitled, and do not particularly care for Americans (it's a majority French Canadian population). The pool, which should be relaxing, is typically occupied by residents playing loud music and smoking cigarettes. If you're parked in the row along NE 6th Ave, you'll need earplugs to sleep through the loud muffler sounds of racing cars. The dumpsters are typically overflowing with trash and can be smelled a block away. Staff are nice enough but the residents here ruin it for anyone else.

      Overflowing dumpsters.

      If you are thinking about staying here. Don't!!!! We stayed 5 nights and never had so much as a warm shower. Reported to the office twice and still nothing but cold water in the shower. Showers were clean but the toilets were marginal. We booked a back-in lot and believe you me it was tight. Also, if you don't like cats go elsewhere. There were two cats that tried to get into our RV every time we opened the door. The dumpster was a nasty heap and about 1/3 of a mile from our site. The rest room in the club house was a nasty mess, not to mention no toilet paper. They had us backed up the main road and the noise was very loud. Sounded like a drag strip all night long.

      I try to see my glass always half full, therefore I consider myself a positive person, so I will say that the place is neat, in a good location because you have everything close by, it's a very quiet and I think safe area (for what I can see).

      I do not consider the park as an "RV Park" because there are more park model homes than anything, and the residents from the homes are not as friendly as the ones from the RV's (if you RV in a regular basis you will know that RVing people are very nice and friendly for the most part).

      But I make friends everywhere and the neighbors I talk to are nice, although there are a lot of kids everywhere without adult supervision and they do whatever they want, which is not the ideal.

      The park is clean and well kept for the most part and the amenities are ok, but they have a huge population of "feral cats", and they command you not to help them nor give them food since Miami-Dade county are responsible for them, which is ridiculous because the majority of the cats are not feral, they are actually friendly and very hungry, they have been abandoned by the owners in here when they move out, they reproduce like rabbits and you can tell they are sick, it's a very sad situation because with some help they could be neutered and/or spayed and avoid more proliferation of animals without an owner, give them vaccines and medical help, having cats around is very nice because they will hunt rats, mice and snakes, yet people rather to kill them with crushed glass in a tuna can, just monsters can do this.

      Hopefully they help the community of those innocent and beautiful kitties a little more.

      Mother's Day celebration, they decorated the clubhouse beautifully, offered great food and were so sweet, loved it!

      The RV spot for travelers was good. Most amenities were closed due to Covid.
      Some lower quality management of longer term campers going on but for the most part, pretty nice place with hookups.
      The staff was excellent!
      Office staff saw us trying to figure out a map of the park and stopped to help us find our location even tho they were off for the Holiday.
      We were originally assigned to a spot that someone was already in. I called and left a message stating this and that I was parking in another spot. I received a follow up phone message within 15 mins apologizing for the confusion and confirmation of the new spot.
      So, even tho staff was not present at the management office, they were still working the phones..

      This place is super nice compared to other RV resorts. The private clubhouse is clean, neat...has a little kitchen area, pool tables and room for about 75-100 people. The pool is comfortable and deeper then most at 7'. It's not olympic size but it's big. Workout room has brand new equipment and is air conditiined. Great laundry facility and a clean bathroom. The mainoffice is staffed with some seriously friendly people and they even have a small store there including dvd rental if you need a little something extra. I liked it well enough to move my RV in here permanently! It's gated and well kept...give it a try!

      Home sweet Southern home!

      This place is not perfect and it is not awful. If you look for something to no like then you'll find them. Not sure what the issue with the staff is but I haven't had any problems with them. I think they are nice. The park needs some work and they need to work on getting the speeders out of the park. I prefer an RV park more than a mobile home park with some RV spots.

      I usually write out a review but I think this one Ill give a pros and cons list and you decide what is best for you.

      Pro's:
      * Pool
      * Gated
      * Gym
      * Basketball court
      * Small park
      * horseshoes

      Con's:
      * Not totally an RV park - there are a lot of mobile homes
      * People in RV parks are friendly and actually do the speed limit
      * Residents drive too fast - more than 20 mph. I've been passed because of doing the speed limit.
      * The lawn company didn't mow the grass for the last 3 weeks we were there
      * There are a lot of bugs - ants, spiders, fleas, and mosquitos. We ended up with an enormous amount of ants in out RV before we left and it took almost 3 weeks to get rid of them.

      The photos on the website is the front room where the mobile homes are. The RVs are placed in back rows. Tight spaces, parking in on the grass only so there is no outdoor space. Stayed on week cost was $390.65. Cable tv wiring at site but does not work, no WiFi and could not receive any over the air TV channels. Was there from March 24 to March 31. Was given the code for the front gate for the month of March. On March 26th gate code was changed but was not told. Me and one of the permanent residents sat at the gate until another resident exiting gave us the new code. Not the place to go is you have kids, lock your stuff up, have sway bar pins stolen off the front of our trailer. At our site the seer pipe was higher the the trailer sewer outlet. Sites are sunken down by about 12 inches. Laundry room has 4 washer and dryers , but you must buy a card at the office to use the machines, which they don't tell you a permanent resident told me. If you have a question ask the resident the office will not help you. As far as campgrounds go, I've stayed at several nicer rest areas off the interstate.

      Not sure how this place has a acceptable Good Sam rating.

      My husband, 5 yr old daughter and me had been on the road for over a month and felt pretty confident in choosing our RV resorts. We used Good Sam ratings quite a bit and also the web pages of each resort. This particular resort showed lovely pictures and had decent reviews. When we arrived we were shocked at how different this place actually was compared to the pictures. First of all we arrived to a locked gate on a Saturday and apparently this "resort" is not staffed on weekends and there was no one answering the after hours #. A resident kindly let us in. Once we arrived it was very difficult to find our site b/c the email you get is very unclear that you have to check a box outside the office which on weekends is locked. We finally get to our spot and it is SO narrow we could hardly back our travel trailer in. The cable hook ups did not work. The pool was closed for no reason and this was not told to us upon making the reservation. This is NOT an overnight RV campground. I would say 95% of the people live here permanently and the park is not maintained well at all. Weeds and disintegrating concrete everywhere, junk cars, etc. We are so glad to only be staying here one night!!

      Don't stay here! The trees stained our fifth wheel and won't come off! We are traveling with two other rigs and theirs are stained as well. We scrubbed on them for hours and the stains won't come off. Our only hope is that our insurances will cover the damages!

      We stayed there for two separated nights on October 2013 on our first Motor-home road trip. Nice place, it's a shame we just stayed overnight. On the first night the manager was very patient giving me directions over the phone and on the next morning helped me out of my inexperience dealing with motor-homes. Very nice place, close to an Wall-Mart.
